Sir, I am continuously facing a network problem in my mtnl trump prepaid mobile since last 6 to 8 months. I have complaint so may times to the customer care, bt they didn't take any reasonable action against my complaint. I am totally frustrated. Sir , I request you please do something and solve my problem. My mtnl trump mobile number is [protected].date of complaint .is 23/6 /20012 . complaint no is 419748. and 26/6/2012 complaint no is 420674 and 6/7/2012 complaint no is 423837 . i also send a male date 23may 2012 or 23 july 2012 or 29 july 2012 or 7/8/2012 complaint no 423879.Date 13/8/2012 complaint no is 435571 by mail. please do something i will giv u 6 days only . i am convert ing my service by mobile number portability.
