My MTNL landline connection is dead for over a month. Despite the many efforts made there no heads up in how to have to have it fixed. Below is the mail I sent to "SENIOR OFFICERS" as per MTNL website (Link: http://mtnldelhi.in/gm_dgm.htm) but they have not been replied to.

No Service Since Over a Month

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Gaurav Goel and own the connection number[protected]. It has been over a month now since my
connection is dead. I have repeatedly contacted the customer care, the AGM of the local sanchaar haat, the
MTNL linemen in person but in vain. My week old complaint no. A38 with Sanchaar Bhawan remains unattended
to. In contrast to the absolutely poor service and negligence on part of MTNL; the only thing which is timely is a
bill for a connection which has been dead for a month.
What is the customer grievance redressal system at MTNL. Can a dead connection be activated? I wish to
terminate a dead connection with active bills.
Regards,
Gaurav Goel
