After made payment 15 days crossed , still not started my broadband in spite of many commitment of local executive from exchange and customer care too. There are some scenario which I faced which never faced by any private telecom industry. 1. Bill paid before 15 days . 2 days crossed broadband not started then I send to person to open my number, replied by local person will done in day after. 2. Called to customer support which never finds in well condition pick and drop the calls , it not easy to cennect to mtnl customer support. Finally talked with them said will run another 2 days. It also crossed. 3.local exchange technician visit to home did not repaired by him and said come tomorrow at exchange with wifi will check while another phone came from Exchange will call to 1504 for Internet resolve. 4. I called them replied your status will DNP , call to 1500 will resolve your DNP and then register your complain. I requested them 1500 people said your DNP is not there , call to 1504 and said situation 5. In this on/off gets crossed my 15 to days and comes another bill of the month which I would be paid. What is SYSTEM ? This is MTNL executives workers and officer which keeps really tormented to the customers . I have all enclosures which cases raised by me .
