[Resolved]  MTNL — phone dead

My phone - # 25083038 has been dead from 8th June I had a complaint registered on 11th June on the automatic voice response number. After that no one has even bother to come and check and rectify the connection. Then I spoke to a person on the number given on the back side of the telephone bill and I was told that the people will come on Friday 29th June. I stay alone n I took a off from office to stay home so that the people can come. but no one showed up. Today i called the people again and they again committed me to come today and i have taken a off today again. but still no one shows up. MTNL sucks...

my landline connection is not working from last two days. phone seems to be dead
while on complaining at 198 they said there is no number in there data base. while my number is[protected].( triband combo offer)
kindly do the needful as soon as possible

my name is naveen.i m living in najafgarh.my mtnl landline no. is 25013474.my phone is dead from
16/04/2009.i have complaint many times but no responce is coming.the service provided is very poor.
please activate as soon as possible.i will be highly thankfull to u.

The phone is dead for the past 3 days. Complaint docket No. 7052 is pending for the past two days. No action by MTNL till now...Why is there such a deficiency in service? MTNL must reduce the monthly rental (for landline and broadband) accordingly: But WILL THEY DO THAT at least?

I am satish garg using mtnl landline & broadband no. 23846233 in D-166 kamla nagar, delhi-110007. The MTNL incharge of my area is Mr.Mittal. My phone was not working properly & i complained him about this and he said that he will get it check. next day i went again but still my phone was not working properly. one line man came and he said that he is going to check it but still my phone was dead, i was waiting for him but he did nt come His Name is Mr.Ramnivaas. i go there everyday but i did not get any positive response. even Mr.Mittal was talking to me very rudely. still my phone is not working properly and they are saying that they are checking it. from last 20 days i am complaining about my no. and i did not get any response. Mr.Mittal's no. is 23841900. Please do something. I am using this no. in my office and widout Phone & broadband my business is not running properly.
