[Resolved]  MTNL Triband — promised speed not provided

mtnl website claims a minimum of 256kbps in its triband unlimited 256 kbps. on joining i was provided with about 150 kbps and i had no problem with that. But then the speed reduced to pathetic 25kbps. i complained to mtnl customer care & they said the complaint has been forwarded and would soon be looked after but since a month the speed is still 25 kbps.

we have taken 512 kbps internet connection (TPN No[protected] but speed of broad band very slow, so our work not doing properly. kindly taken immediate action on this matter.

secondly we have to use continueing our company web site www.lntecc.com & ftp.lntecc.com.
the both web site not access since 1 month. we have compalint sevral times to customer care but, they has yet to resolve. so kindly request u that pl. take hight prierity of this matter immediately.

Same story here. What to do. If they cannot provide the speed they promise, then why to charge for the same. I want to lodge complaint against them in some Court/ TRAI, but do not know the procedure. will someone tell me?

lol fooled again !!! its kilobits per second not kilobytes they can do cause they are provider what we are just fool user
