MTNL Triband — NO RESPONSE TO SLOW DOWNLOADING SPEED

I have been receinving very low downloading speed speed since past one month. the speed which earlier used to be around 250 kbps is now only 28 kbps. i complained a lot about it but no response. moreover they say that you may do anything but you will not get speed above this . some more subscribers are complaining about the same problem in our locality.

mtnl service is very poor

I completely agree. The browser download speeds are like dialup. However if I use a download manager like Gigaget I get better speeds. I fall under Khar Tele Exchange

I have the big problem with my internet connection that come from mtnl karampura exchange .Basically this Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College Shivaji marg, Karampura, new delhi-110015

MTNL Triband — No Response

I had applied for a unlimited 256kbps triband plan. on the instalation date the person said that i would get the speed i asked for. But after one week of instalation i faced a lot of latency in the download. when asked them MTNL personnels they asked me to check the speed of the triband on their web site which shoed 2mbps and when i checked it on 5 other independent sites they showed not more that 0.90kbps i had raised 3 complaint tickets for this which i dont have any clue what has happened to that tickets. when we try to call them up by 9.00am no body bothers to pick up the phone, and when we call up the helpline the person at the other end says this issue has to be raised at some other number and they go on redirecting at least for 1 hour and still we dont get any solution. One day when i asked the person that i had opted for unlimited 256 kbps triband, he said that the plan is discontinued and at the rate of that plan we are providin 512kbps which they havent intimidated us nor are we getting more than 0.90kbps.
