Sir my complaint is pending since 6th Aug 2009 No.CO90855054
I sent regd ltr dt 17 Aug recvd reply fm MTNL BKC Mumbai -98 as follows Quote Complaint is forwarded to DE Billing GSM, MTNL 4th flr. for action n direct reply. In the meantime u r rqstd to make communication with him directly in case of delay Unquote Kly note that I hv recvd no telephone no. as to whr shud I phone but on making phone calls on Nos.26520303, 26527447, 28403300,28403400, [protected] n finall n 26520303 no reply I hv made about 20 calls on the abv nos. but I was just directed to various other no. thus complaint is not yet solved. This shows that MTNL is trying customers patience by dodging with various nos. Repeating complaint as follows: It seems that someone has used my no. by getting it associated with My Group Plan On enquiry at your office the tel nos. associated with my mobile no. are (1)[protected] (2)[protected] (3)[protected] n instead of 90 p/min getting deducted Re1/min was deducted for the call I made n finally when a call lasting for 0.29 secs was made I realised Rs.62/- was deducted thus I was made aware when such a huge amt was deducted that someone was misusing my no.
I asked your helpcentre to check at their end as to whom the abv nos. belonged as also check my call detailed history if I hv ever made any calls to the above 3 mobile nos. n deduct the amount of Rs.62/- from the above 3 mobile nos. for misusing my no. n no such fraudulent activity can take place further so that no other customer wud become a victim to such fraudulence. Initially your helpcentre people assured me that they wud refund Rs.62/- to my account but till date no action taken.
Another proof of my mobile no. being misused was that without using my mobile no. till date I recvd msg. from MM-Dolphin on 29/09/2009 time 11.09 Quote Dr. Customer thanks for availing free 3G Trial local video call upto 30.09.09 ....... Unquote Kly note that I hv not sent any msg fm my mobile no. nor made any calls since 6th Aug 09 kly check into the matter and forward the complaint to your Public Information Officer n revert on the status and action taken on the above complaint. Lastly yr comments in last line "While chasing MTNL for a refund, which you are entitled to, think of a way to avoid getting into such situations." Which are the ways i can avoid of getting into such situations kly post your suggestions.
