my gprs is not working.. n i have taken settings so many times but still its not working...
whenever i call on customer care and complaint then that my gprs is not working.. they say that settings are not properly saved.. and they send me the settings again.. after saving them my gprs doesnt work.. what should i do???

"internet settings for 3G"
the setting that you wud get wud be
3g-prepaid-GPRS
save it and ur ready...

trump — GPRS is not working
i have MTNL prepaid connection. i successfully used GPRS service for one year. but now whenever i try to access GPRS, sometime I find message on screen "service not available " and some time "subscribe packet data first". i called customer care for more than 20 times and lodged several complaint, but no action is taken till now. i always found non responding attitude of MTNL officials. i am helpless. if mtnl is not taking any measure, i have no option except changing the number.my mobile number is [protected].
