Hello Sir,
On 17th Apr 12, I tried to recharge online my trump prepaid card for no [protected], and the transaction failed. My money debited but no recharge happened. So I immediately informed helpdesk at MTNL (helpdesk.[protected]@mtnl.net.in) . Here they directed me to other email (dolphin_helpdesk <[protected]@mtnl.net.in) where I mailed further communication as well as I sent all the complaints to previous mail id also.
Next day, I again tried recharging online thinking that previously the site might be having some problems. But the same thing repeated and again my money was debited without any recharge.
With all these receipts of failed transactions, again I complained to the company helpdesk.
After this also, I got no response at all.
I am attaching files of my previous communication and failed transaction receipts for your reference.
Please help me in this matter.
