MTS Data Card — No consideration of refund | |||
I wanted to recharge my mts data card and i went online on paytm.com to recharge. however while recharging i entered the wrong number i.e is [protected] instead of [protected]. the order number for this transaction is 47218437 and transaction id is 111913.. when i called mts data card services they refused me straight that nothing cannot be done about it. After that i told that lady without checking any alternative option how can you say no to ur customers. she then transferred the call to her team manager and she said what can we do is we can write the complaint and within 7 to 8 days you will get response. after that call got disconnected. Then i called again i spoke with PRAKESH he was very rude he told me that we cannot do anything about that and then he said its your mistake that you have recharged wrong number. I told him to transfer the call to his manager and his manager told me we cannot do anything about this. i told him everything about the previous manager and what she had told me. but he said nothing cannot be done. I'M being using MTS from last 1 year everytime i recharge for 999 for unlimited. i even told him that you can do one thing if that other person has used the MTS deduct that money and refund me rest. please please look into this as m not happy about this and really looking to take this matter to higher concern.
