[Resolved]  MTS Mobile Provider — Suspension of service

Sir,
I wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased 3 MTS mobile sets from M/s.Gothai Mobiles Tiruppur on 25.09.2009(MTS DEALER).As required by the service provider I have sent 3 nos passport size photographs and xerox copies of my election Commission of India Identity Card for address proof. With no mistake on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly(my address is not recorded in MTS records it is not my fault). Mts now asking me to resubmit my identity once again with out activating my mobile. The below mentioned is the mail I received from MTS. Please advice.

I wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased 3 MTS mobile sets from M/s.Gothai Mobiles Tiruppur on 25.09.2009. As required by the service provider I have sent 3 nos passport size photographs and Xerox copies of my Election Commissioned of India Identity Card for address proof. With no mistakes on my part the service was temporarily withdrawn suddenly. This interuption creates lots of mental agony. This was informed to your customer care no.[protected] on 30.11.2009 at about 9 a.m. I was told that the service will be activated after 72 hours. How would I go about with my regular schedule without my mobile for such a long time? Because of this I would loose lots of valuable calls which inturn will have a negative impact on my career. I am totally dissatisfied. If this continues I may have to seek legal remedy.Please activate immediately.

i bought 2(haire) mobiles in chennai (madipakkam) from shakthi stores on 6/12/09 the very next day one of the handset was dead dealer (suresh) said he will take of that mobile but never turned back so i gave that mobile to mts authorised service centre jk technologies located in ashok pillar 10 th avenue on last monday they are asking more than 5 days to repair the mobile i have never seen such a worst service like mts my no is [protected]

MTS IsWorst Company In The World That I HAVNT sEEN
thinking before buying mts postpaid conection in alwar rajasthan circle.they cant provide you proper services . for example if you have any problem regarding your connection they will say please contact our head miss salini she will help you but instead of helping she will refer this to alwar branch to miss shilpa arora who will also give some kind of rubbish explaination, so this kind of help she will do in case of emergency.contact me for further detail [protected]
