There is a rickshaw stand near my house with two educational institutes (schools for kids and teenagers) within 30m radius the rickshaws drivers openly drink cigarettes near the entry gates and urinate near the wall side every time, even when asked not to they just start speaking rudely and say that there is nothing wrong in doing so, we have got 5 years old kids walking down the same streets too at this point it's more of a health hazard than it is o[censored]nethicalness please do something about the rickshaw stand or the drivers as they even seem to violate the stand limit of 5 rickshaw at a time its seems like they are running some sort of gang or hood down the street.

This particular rickshaw driver refused to take me even though I was with my family at hill road Bandra West outside marks n spencer around 8:43 pm on 9th of October 2022 and He also Said do whatever you want when I told him that I will complain to the police, hence please take some strict action against them so they don’t refuse the passengers and if possible keep me updated about the action being taken, PFA the pics to this email

I took a rickshaw from Powai to Kanjurmarg on 20th April evening, and mentioned 'yes' when the rick guy asked if I had to go to the station since my destination was close to the station. At a junction when he took a by pass route I mentioned I have to go to the 'East', near the station. From that point on till I alighted he was rash in his driving since he wanted to go to the West.
He created a huge ruckus to give me Paytm details even though he had it since I didn't have change for Rs. 500. He tone and behavior was extremely rude and unapologetic when I asked him to talk properly.

Driver has tampered with the tariff. A ride which costs us ₹60 daily was ₹99 on the meter. When questioned, he was rowdy, ready to beat my husband and did not let me get off the rickshaw. He did not produce his id. Very disturbed by this incident and I demand strict action to be taken against such people.

On 26.12.2021 I was traveling from bandra station west to bandra reclamation along with my friend. We took auto from bandra station west. He took us through the wrong path. He also verbally abused us in public place. I have noted his rickshaw number and the number is MH02EQ9451. Please take action against him asap.

My self shivam, I was traveling to mumbai in which I traveled by autorickshaw from Versova metro station to janki devi road around 10 minutes journey on dated 2/12/2021 time between 11.30 to 11.50..
So I forgot to take my one bag from that autorickshaw and luggage was my new purchased DSLR camera.
So next I try to find out autorickshaw number but unfortunately I can see the last four digit of AUTORICKSHAW number can you please help me to find out full number of autorickshaw so that can I provide to police which benefit to find my bag very fast..

8622 was autorickshaw number and front of rickshaw may b title as AFSAS,

On 21st September 2021, I came from CSIA to Nahru Road VILLE PARLE East Mumbai from the Auto Riksha at about 7 pm, but the riksha driver was overcharged me of Rs240 but the actual amount may come about Rs.90 only. He was very rude and arrogantly behaved.

I had asked him to reduce the amount but he was so rude he didn't reduce the amount.

It should be banned from International Airport so that no other passengers get in trouble in future.

I was travelIing from mulund to turbhe in auto rikshaw. I got down from the auto at turbhe and realized that I forgot to take my bag. It was a black bag which contained laptop, adhaar card, headphones and other things. There are important documents saved in my laptop.

I am here want to report an issue I and my wife face today when i took the Auto from Airport Auto riksha stand in the evening 7 PM to Miraroad, Riksha driver refused to turn on the meter and when we asked he said he will not go by meter and i have to pay 680 flat, when i refused again and told him that if he put dont start meter i will not pay him anything he then thretend me saying " Paisa nahi dega na dekh ab main kidhar le jaa kar chodta hun" after hearing this me my was worried about our safty so i shouted loudly on him saying 'Dhamki de raha hai gaadi ruka" still he did not stoped Auto as he was very near to airport then after 500 metere below flyover he atopped auto and got off. We were really scared when he said " Paisa nahi dega na dekh ab main kidhar le jaa kar chodta hun"
I request you to please take action on this driver his auto number is " MH 02 EQ 2257" i have also attached the photo of his auto i took at that time.

Complained that, yesterday (03.05.2019), my wife tried to catch the auto rickshaw from nearby chakala area (Mulgaon-dongari area at andheri east) to dhawalgiri-shere punjab area at andheri east for doctor visit. But all autos are refusing due to low fare. Most of the time, all autos are always refused for low fair. They are always interested in long distance only. For this behavior senior citizens, pregnant woman has to face so many problems.
My wife has pregnant, she was tried for nearby one hour for auto but all auto driver rejected due to pregnancy condition & low fare.in last month, also we have face the same problems. I think all auto driver has lost their humanity also. I wish that, whatever we had face such issues, other common people should not be gets.

Please, look into this matter as seriously. Please educate to all auto driver their responsibility towards woman, specially pregnant woman & senior citizen. Kindly inform me your positive action via mail. I hope you will solve this issues asap.

Golden nest to mira bhayander nagar palika bhavan.
In that bag, few cloths mostly sarees and cash.
The bag had “maersk” written on the same.

All these items were of my mother.

Grey color back bag with gea and mundigea.com printed on it with very important docs inside in a ride from infinity mall main entrance upto executive enclave hotel in bandra.
Beside cash which i guess will be lost important docs such as parents marriage certificate mom hk id card, seiko watch of sentimental value home keys, old passport and id and driving licence, mobile phones and ipad of work and personal phone. All imei blocked however appreciate if anyone can help as will be rewarded due to important personal docs and info which difficul to recover

I have left my samsung s6 edge in an autorickshaw that i travelled in from lokhandwala market in andheri to versova.
Unfortunately, i do not remember the number of the auto and i know it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
I am hoping and praying that the rickshaw driver hands over the phone to the union or returns it to me.

The phone is very very important to me as i have pictures of my newborn baby in it. And i have no backup of these photographs.
So i am begging the person who has the phone to please return it. I will never get back those days of my new born baby. Please please return the phone and the person will be suitably rewarded.

Can the union help in any way?

on 15/07/2012 ,i (Ms. patil ) was refused by a auto rikshaw for hire from vidya vihar station to premier road at night 22.00. The driver not only refused most of the passengers but also was rude.He was not ready to go to naraayan nagar,ghatkopar,kamani....n other nearby places. at night time,i had to wait for long time before rikshaws appeared on station. there were parents with babies waiting for rikshaw n wen finally this auto came,people asked him, but he refused .

I am working at Larsen and Toubro (Gate 2). Daily at around 8:10am I take rickshaw from Ghatkoper Station to L&T Powai (Office). The route is from Kailash (Hira nandani). Usually the fare comes between Rs.65 to Rs.69. Today it was been observerd that the fare was Rs.82, the meter was showing reading as 6.20. Also there were no traffc and I reached the office gate in 20min.

Infact, i told the driver that the meter is running fast, but he rudely replied saying "Meter sahi hai, Aapko complaint karna hai to karo, RTO aur police kuch nahi kar sakti". The Auto number is MH03 BA - 140.

I would request the authorities to take necessary action against the driver and auto rickshaw.

I Uttam Thorat from Mira Road ,today 03/01/2011 morning 9AM I picked up an auto from dahisar checknaka to marol MIDC (my office) via aarey colony,auto rickshaw no .MH-02 AU 2178,I frequently travel to my office by auto from dahisar and meter reading varies from 11.60 to 12.00,I pay normally 140 to 150 but today meter was 15.00 ,means Rs.193 which is too high even though there was no traffic congention on the road ,To confirm this we have picked up another auto in the evening and followed the same path from office to dahisar and this time reading 11.70 means Rs.151.will the concerned authorities check the meter of the above mentioned rickshaw and take immediate action to avoid trouble .

I took this auto (MH 02 3685)from Mira Gaothan i.e. before dahisar check-naka to go to Andheri because the auto number starts from MH02 which is ideally an Auto going to Mumbai Vicinity.
From Mira Gaothan Till Mahindra Kandivali i was Charged 98 Rs, whereas till Andheri i daily pay Rs 160/-.
Inspite of telling him till Kandivali from Dahisar Highway it cant be Rs 100 ...He didnt listen...& went away.

I am the sure last 4 digit is 3685.

Well he claimed the Auto Belonged to Mulund area,perhaps this can help you in tracking the driver.

This way they cant keep on fooling people.

I wanted to bring to your notice that the auto rickshaws plying in the Sher-e-Punjab area are not abiding the rules.
Many citizens living in the area face numerous problems on a daily basis. Some of which are:
1. Many auto rickshaws do not stop at all
2. Most of them are not ready to go to Chakala and other near by areas like Marol, JB Nagar etc.(As far as I understand, they do not have the right to refuse esp. after the fair hike)
3. They do not give any reasons for refusing
4. They are very rude to the commuters
5. If the commuters sit in the auto (which they can as per the rules) they take them in the opposite direction

Would appreciate if someone could look into this and help the common man.

What the HELL these auto rickshaw guys are trying to make out of Mumbai city???? There is just nothing like a good transport for passengers/commuters who want to travel short distances. I would like to bring the following points to the transport authorities notice:

- Auto rickshaw guys just dont bother to travel short distances. For example, if someone wants to travel from Mahakali Caves in Andheri(E) to like a location 4-5 Kms away, the only option is to walk or wait forever. No BLOODY rickshaw guy just entertains you and keep turning their back on you. It even becomes a hell in the rainy season.

- For someone new in Mumbai, these guys just keep roaming round and round with the passenger in the auto to earn the bloody money. They just don't care how critical it could be for someone to reach home in late nights. This is very very irresponsible.

Can there be some kind of central regulatory board or at least a complaint center which can take action against these !!!! and those complaints not landing into DEAF ears ???

Is there really any meaning for the JAI MAHARASHTRA slogan??

If the government can't make the city transport better, everyone should resign with IMMEDIATE EFFECT I guess.

On 7th Jun 2010, I was walking to J.B. Nagar Andheri Bus Stop, I saw two elderly people wanting to go to hospital, None of the auto walas wanted to stop pick them up and drop them to hospital. There was this Auto wala with number plate 3632, who was very rude and inspite of requesting him and pleading him atleast for he human mankind drop them to hospital, he did not show any respect or pity towards the elderly people.

As there is Metro Project going on the Andheri East side, I am a rare commuters on the place, but as i have planned my visit to J.B.Nagar, it was surprising that i have to wait for more than 30 mins for Auto out there. Further there was a chaos with Autowalas when i informed Police on duty over there. Kindly put some Information about Consumer Grivences Out there which can Help the Commuters.

This is to bring to your notice after long pondering that we face lots of problem in Andheri (E) station while commuting by auto. They do not allow us to sit in their autos and tell us that they will not go. When we tell them that it is on FARE and you have no right to say NO to a passenger when your meter is up.

They tell us to go and complaint in police. I do not understand why such a corrupt behavior of Mumbai auto walas has not been brought to the notice of police. Today i was almost about to drag one auto wala but left because it would have created unwanted nuisance at the already jammed road. He ran away with his auto. I managed to get his auto number (MH 03 AK 3588) and tried to complaint at the complaint numbers given for Mumbai Autos[protected], but all in vain. No one picked up the call. I do not know the exact working hours for this number. There is another number which people could use is [protected].

Please see if this complaint is paid heed to.
