Dear Sir, Respectfully I Beg to say that the main road of KRISHAN KUNJ COLONY,LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI-92 (MCD WARD-221) is a approach road from Laxmi Nagar Main Market to Pusta Bandh Geeta Colony,SDM Office and P.S Shakarpur. But sorry to say that the Road and Footpath of M.C.D .Primary School, Krishan Kunj Colony, footpath in front of BSES transformers and Krishna Park of MCD,KRISHAN Kunj EXT,Part-I,Delhi-92 is encroached by Three Building Material Suppliers (Shop-Keeper Namely Sh. Pawan Sharma,Satpal Sardar ji,Vimal Jain) and now they store Bricks,Reta,Badarpur,Concrete on the Road it self. As the Building materials are being dumped with impunity passage of Road and footpath and illegal encroachment by Thela Rickshas and damaged Pulled Ricksha has been shrunk creating great in convenience to the traffic to pass through easily due to narrow road most of the time traffic gets clogged which causes noise and air pollution and no option for the pedestrians to walk on road at the risk of their lives even during the rush hours often passersby specially students and women are looked trapped in the situation This just beginning of this illegal building materials suppliers activities and an action to romove this encroachment need to be taken we are surprising that MCD OFFICER and BEAT CONSTABLE OF P.S.Shakarpur also share the same place when they relax as they also sit alongwith these illegal vendors Sir, It is pity that our Executory is not doing their jobs properly resulting in so much of problem in general and later on with judiciary,with so much cases coming up to them because Executory fails to do their job properly The residents have complained and demanded the authorities concerned to resolve the issue and ensure health environment in the area of KRISHAN KUNJ COLONY AND KRISHAN KUNJ EXTN,LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI-92, (WARD-221,KISHAN KUNJ) Thanking You Yours Faithfully (RESIDENTS OF COLONY) Was this information helpful? | |||

sir masjid road jangpura main sarkari toilet ki jagah par ek chemist shop chaliye ja rahe hai puneet medicos ke naam se jo ki puri illegal hai mcd koi bhi action nahe le rahi iska malik sbko dhamkata rehta hai kripoa kar ke jaldi se jaldi is toilet wali jagah ko saaf kiya jaye or purani halth main bahal kiya jaye.

Sir,I am an old man of 86 years and living in house no. 1146, chah rahat, bazar guliyan, near jama masjid police station, D- 110006.
One lady by name of RANI has encroched 2 sides of my house by spreading waste imhealthy and fillthy metarial causing to bad smell and mosqitoes etc. I cannot open one doorof my shop due to this reason.
Whenever any MCD inspector visit the place, she always make have excuses and promises to remove the same, but never does that. If i told her , i will complaint against you , she says, i don't care & no budy can tuch my kabada.
I am attached the photo of encroached area with waste / kabada.
I request you to kindly arrange to clear the encroachment on muncipal & public land.

I am to inform you that I am residing in Rohini(Avantika) at A-Block' Pocket 00 Sector-II known as (Kandhari Gas Gali) there is twenty feet wide road in the gali and 32 meter and 60 metre plots are phasing each other. Almost all the resident of this Gali have encroached on both the side of the land and built wall and also placed iron gates and parking their vehicles on the rest of the road, therefore it has become very difficult to reach my house in my vehicle and daily life have become hell due to these encroachment when I objected to them they are ready to fight , Sir, I am peace loving and law abiding person therefore, you are requested to take necessary action to remove the illegal encroachment in the said Gali.

sir masjid road par 7 block ke corner par jaha govt ne toilets ki jagah banai thi waha par 7/19 and 7/20 ka najayej kabja hai jaha wood ke bade bade hood rakh kar jagah gher rakhe hai apka department hath par hath rakh kar baitha hai kyonki unko monthly income milti hai yeh hi mcd hai kaya. jawab do mcd comissioner sahib.

People living on ground floor have illegally encroached land at front of there homes and people living on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor have to park there vehicles on the Road. Even they also park there cars on the Road. RWA of our Pocket-C also does not do anything. I request you to please forward my complaint to MCD and tell them to demolish all the illegal constructions on the ground floor, so that parking problem can be solved.

I totally agree with the above said complaint, infact its just not the Kandhari gali its the entire pocket -00 A block . if you look at the 32 meter plot of sector 2 you will find that every one has done encrochment in some way or the other. I can even state house numbers A-00/200-201, A-00/207, A-00/208, A-00139 these are just example they need to visit the entire areas for exaxt numbers. I am not sure how come Authorities have turned blind against them. I request to the MCD to take appropriate action against them.
Aggarwal Builders (Ph: 22621772, [protected]) at D-1/90, 91, New Kondli, Delhi-96 have carried out temporary encroachment in front of their shops on the space reserved for customers movement. some of their customers have also complained that Aggarwal Builders do not issue proper bills for the products they sell.
Kindly conduct an inquiry and punish them in accordance to the law.

In papers of aside to the road house owners showing that they should get 25 feet road, but the owner of Tikona Khet are not giving them the same they are forcefully encroaching the road by 4 to 5 feet. Here the contractor who is making this road is also shecked hand with the Tikona Khet owner. And taking long time to make the road. here the people facing problem each an everyday because of the road making is on hold there is sludge and soil were putted and in the rainy day it becomes horrible to walk on this. Also some people saying that the tikona khet is the property of govt. as it is the land for Gram Sabha. The owner of Tikona Khet sets all the person like mcd, police, contrcator,
