Dogs Problem — Stray dogs needs to be removed

This is to your kind attention regarding street dog in our area, where we are living in Chennai.
Address: No 2,RP Sundaram street, Ventateshwara Nagar extn.
Ramapuram,chennai.

We are very fed up with street dogs .There were more than 50 + dogs in my Area.We are facing a lot of problems due to presence of Stray dogs in the Ramapuram.

Please do the needful to remove the Stray dogs in my area.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 20 stray dogs are there around our lane & nearby lanes . Due to these dogs, the residents of whole Kothi Mem Locality are facing regular problems.There are two stray dogs in the colony which chase and try to bite each and everyone who enters the Kothi Mem, DAILY THESE DOGS BIT TO SOMEONE, Recently, two dogs have bitten many childdren or ladies, Whole night barking, biting people, unhealthy evironment. People cant even leave their homes, Stray dogs are a menace.Many of these dogs chase two wheelers and passers by. Unfortunately, these dogs are fed by the localites. Localites must be educated not to do so. Since the roads are busy with vehicles, these dogs could create accidents. Someone being chased could run towards a speeding vehicle. Also these dogs are a big threat to small children. Though there are many dogs in the area but 2 dogs in the following area, needs to be taken care of immediately. Before something serious happens, the authorities must deal with it. The dog squad must remove these dogs immediately. TOGETHER LET US SERVE OUR COMMUNITY.

They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Please help!!

We request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.

for last couple of years we have complained of stray dogs menace. there has been many a stray dog bite cases.some may not afford anti - rabbis vaccine.therefore it is requested to arrange concerned staff and send them to chech the menace at the earliest.

kindly look into the matter seriously at BG5/BG5A paschim vihar dog menace as stray dog bite cases have risen to a serious extent.

this is to bring to your notice, that one dog in my society, has contracted rabies. and has become a serious threat to not only the pet animlas in the society but also the dog walkers and pedestrians.
this problem is very serious and needs immediate attention !

Stray Dogs — dangerous and fatal for society

Am residing in SG Palya, Seenappa Layout, CV Raman Nagar Post, Bangalaore 560093.(near Bagmane tech Park) so many stray dogs are here which are becoming a severe threat to public especially in nights. now i noticed some of them were infected and can easily spread rabbies around. One imp point is that they keep on barking whole night so disturbing personal life as I have a kid 9 months old and he is sick as lack of sleepi would like to bring this to bangalore corporation's notice and expecting some quick action from them.

You are so very right sir. i had a stay of over three months in Bangalore. i stayed in the Banashankari Area, this problem was there too. Especially for the people who work in night shifts, as they have to get home late in the night. I hope this request does not fall on deaf ears.

taking care of strays is great. but those looking after strays need to be accountable they dont cause a nuisance to anyone else. if need be, they should be prepared to house strays on a premises. not everyone is comfortable around dogs, particularly the elderly and small children. the consequences to being bitten or even chased by dogs are huge. it is not right to dismiss concerns of the community members when they complain about strays. those complaints should be promptly attended to by those who care about strays.

Pocket VI MIG flats Mayur Vihar Phase -III consists of 628 dwelling units & fully occupied. Residents are facing a lot problems due to the menance of stray dogs. We have given so many written complaints to MCD officials but to no avail.

Now a days these dogs have started attacking children & senior citizens.

You are requested to take an urgent action on this '

Hi,

I am a resident of 10th block Old Rajinder Nagar. Few stray dogs are creating problem for the people walking around. Also they keep on barking the entire night disturbing the students in their studies and the sleep of the public in general..

I would appreciate if a dog squad can be send to get rid of these dogs.

Stray Dogs — Menace to Society

Hi,

We are very troubled by stray dogs in front of my house.

They are constantly barking and cause a lot of annoyance to the people at nights.We are not able to sleep at nights..Lot of heart patients reside here.Conditions even worsened.
These dogs has a habit of biting on motorcyclist and people on foot.There has been many cases of dog bites among the locals.Repeatedly we are calling the Municipal Authority of this menace but they have not responded in any form.

Please suggest the further course of action.We have got a fear in our minds to leave/enter the house.

Stray Dogs — Menace by streets due to stray dogs

I would like to draw your kind attention towards PROBLEM OF STRAY DOGS in our area, 23 Block, Old Rajender Nagar, Near Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi-110060

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that lots and lots of stray dogs are there in our society,most of the times in a group running around the park and all around the society .

Also they sleep at stairs and do everywhere. As a result there is foul smell all around.They keep barking and fighting through out day and night which disturb peaceful environment. It is a threat to the children in our society.

Due to these dogs the residents of this locality are living in very unhygenic condition. We are facing lots of problems.

So I request the authority to take necessary action on it

MCD — Stray Dogs in south delhi areas

I am a resident of Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. In our area stray dogs are like here to rule the roads. At times you can't just escape them especially in nights and they come so close biting you. Have happened to many time too. My father has already suffered 2 dog bites and one very recently & that too while driving a two wheeler... the moment I heard that I was shocked. Do we have any medium through which our voice is heard and action is taken rather than just a drive on papers and top official's eyes..??

there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night.
Yesterday my child was badly bitten by a street dog. Usually many people come late at night from there work these dogs barks on them and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them.
Many times biker loses their control from the road which converts to a serious accidents. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and immediately send a Dog catcher team in this area, so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

I AM RESIDENT OF A SOCIETY AT THE SUBURBAN AREAN IN MUMBAI AT BORIVALI (W) WE ARE FACING A HELL WITH THE DOGS AS THERE ARE MANY IN A SMALL PLACE AS WELL AS THEY KEEP BARKING THE WHOLE NIGHT WHICH GIVES US A DISTURB SLEEP. KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS AS WE ARE ALL WORKING PEOPLE AND NEED A GOOD REST TO WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING FOR A HARD DAYS WORK. There is a stray dog menace in BA BLOCK ASHOK VIHAR DELHI-52. Around 7-8 street dogs have bitten few children and are a menace to the residents. These dogs ply between house no 45 to 59.
It is requested that necessary action may please be initiated at the earliest please and bring some respite to the residents.

I'm the resident of DDA flat, pkt A-11, kalkaji ext new delhi 110019.there are lot of stray dogs in our locality, many people have been bitten by these stray dogs, they also disturb the sleep at night. earlier we have posted many complaints in this concern but nothing hade happned up till now, we would appreciate if a dog squad can be send to get rid of these dogs.

I am a resident of New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110096. There are a lot of stray dogs in our colony and they are making our lives hell these days. Early morning they start barking on the people who come to collect garbage. They make a group of 6-7 dogs and then they keep on barking for 2hours or more. We can't even go to the park for morning walk because they are on the way and come after everybody. They came after me twice and I just got saved. Moreover, they also enter the park and don't let people do the walk. Some of them are dangerous and they do not even need a reason to bite anyone. They don't let anyone pass from that way. Their number is increasing day by day. I request MCD to please get their stray dogs van and take them away. I will be very grateful. Hoping for a prompt action.
