[Resolved]  My TVS — 24X7 emergency services

I have taken membership with MyTVS 24X7 emergency services, i am paying for last two years. this is for emergency breakdown service, when you call the technician will come to your spot and rectify the problem. in last two years i haven't used it. Today my car was not starting, so i called them, i am geting reply as this was holiday they will take my car for service on tuesday.

I am relay disturbed, can i file a consumer complaint, if then what is the process and whom should i contact. i am leaving in chennai..
