[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Return product courier not received by company

Dear Sir/Mam, I stay in Thane, Maharashtra. I had purchase a Fastrack Backpack of Rs 1, 645.00/- from myntra.com and the same got delivered on October 7, 2013. As per myntra.com policy customer has to courier the product within 20 days if he is not satisfied with the same. Due to small size of the backpack I courier it through India Post to Vector E Commerce Saki Naka, Mumbai address. The same courier got delivered on October 14, 2013 as per details. Further, it has been 5 days since still the return order status is shown as pending. I had talk with the customer service department they said the return status has not been updated in their records. They told me to check with the courier people. Today when I had a word with courier people they said it has received by Vector on above date as per records.
