[Resolved]  Naaptol — Fraud company

Dear friends
I believe many o[censored]s have some believe in online shopping but company like naaptol is trying hard to kill that believe because the company is headed by Manu Agarwal who is a complete fraud himself. havent send my orders yet although money is paid. and one of my friend opted for cash on delivery, he got the product but it was horrible a total defective piece but he had to pay the money as per the caurier services policies. Things which makes naaptol a fraud company are
1. Dont deliver i[censored] pay by credit (50 -50 chances)
2. Cash on delivery (90% chance to get defective product)
3. Late delivery, if they commit for 7 days they are gona make it 1 month or 1 and half months
4. Dont even think of product replacement in your worst dreams

i call so many times to c care naaptol about my order no1458975 but everytime they cut my call.NAAPTOL is a BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG froud company in india .i mam working in A.INDIA company so my dear friends please dont order anything in naaptol company i also writen this in newspapers & local news.

i order blackberry strom 9530 my order no is 1458975 NAME-suhail shah my oder date 09/03/2011 recv date 13/03/2011 when i recv my mobile by blue dart . when i open the box i see mobile screen is demage that time i call naaptol ccare NO.[protected] they told me send this mobile on this address after that i send mobile that address they told me within 7 to 10 days we send new mobile phone to u.After 48 DAYS i recv parsal by blue dart when i open the box i see they send me same mobile phone with repaired the product BUT IF I PAY 12190 FOR NEW PRODUCT SO Y THEY SEND ME REPAIRED PRODUCT

I DONT WANT NEW PHONE CLOSE THIS COMPANY

I had ordered for a dinner set of Anjali steel, from Naaptol (order no: 1974438) after reading the advt in newspaper on 18th June. however after following up with them they said that the product is out of stock and the delivery would be deayed. However i received the delivery on the 1st of August ie after approx one and a half months only for me despair, that after paying 2298/- when I opened the parcel the dinner set that was inside was of cheap quality and of some company with name Buffet Set.
When I called the customer service to complain, no one is listening to what i have to say and they only ask have you got 42 pieces in the set, and say that it is the same product that you asked for.
What i have to say is that i have paid for a brand named Anjali and the set given to me doesnt have the name on the box or the vessels, and to top it the quality is also very cheap.Moverove the knife set that was a gift inside is of again a cheap quality and the wooden board and scissors missing.
Customer service is not listening at all, when asked for a manager call back no one calls back, no one is bothered, customer service advisors are rude, dont give right information.

I want my money back as i am not ready to pay 2298/- for a cheap quality steel that can be bought in any market for a lesser amount
Horrible experience with NAAPTOL and will never ever buy nor recommend it to anyone.
Moreover if i dont get this resolved I will have to take it legally.

I ORDERED MOBILE SONY XPERIA X10 MINI PRO ORDER NO 3695115 FROM NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOP. THEY DELIVERED PRODUCT AFTER PAYING RS 8798. WHILE RECEVING THE PRODUCT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY CARD, AS THEY SAID THERE IS 6 MONTHS WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE NO [protected]. THEY SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINT ,CALL US WE WILL PROVIDE THE WARRANTY.
MOBILE DELIVERED ME WAS OLD VERSION AND THERE WAS SOME FUNCTION WAS NOT WORKING SO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CAR NO [protected]. I EXPLAINED THEM PROBLEM. FOR MY SURPRISE NAAPTOL PERSON RUDELY TURNED DOWN TO HELP, SUGGESTED ME TO LOCAL SHOP GET REPAIRED IN MY OWN COST.

SO PL DONOT TRUST NAAPTOL SHOPPING ALSO DONOT BUYE ANY PRODUCT FROM NAAPTOL YOU WILL BE CHEATED.
NAAPTOL very big fraud company it should be banned.

Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

Kindly write back to us at [protected]@naaptol.com or call us at [protected] & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

i purchased the Air Compressor + Car Dent Remover + Car Vacuum Cleaner + Car Tyre Repair Kit at rs.2198,the order booked was 28th march 2012 & till date i am not recieved the order,many times i called up the customer care but there is no response.also i communicate to HRD through mail but also there is no response.the naptol is totaly froud site pl do not purchase anything from NAPTOL.
naaptol .com and nptol company is a fraud company i have a buy a product in naaptol company in online shopping by cash on delievery but i recived a empy box and i pay 3000 rs i not knot that the box is empty my dear all friend naaptol is a fraud company and not to buy any product in a naaptol its a chetaer company never buy any product plz my orde no is 490700 plz. i wnt my product but naptol is a fake company plz sir take personlly i m financially weak
