[Resolved] Naaptol.com — Non Receipt of Replacement Product | |||
Hi, I placed an order with Naaptol.com. The order number is 1176680. The order did not come as described and it was also not in a working condition. I sent the product back on Jan 25 2011 to the Aramex warehouse as described by naaptol and it was received by naaptol on Jan 27 2011. I have contacted Naaptol on several occassions to speed up the delivery of the replacement product. Each time I get a false reply that we are working on it etc and the product will be shipped asap. Its now been a month and naaptol is still giving the same excuses. I also asked them to provide a refund if the product is not available/in stock and they said that since replacement procedure has begun, we cannot issue a refund. Naaptol's policy states that after product is received it will take 7-10 business days to process replacement. It's been much more time then 10 business days and still the replacement product has not come and they are not processing a refund either. So now they have blocked my money and are also not issuing a replacement product. I please with the consumer complaints forum to intervene in the matter and help in urging naaptol to sent my replacement product or provide a refund at the earliest. NAAPTOL — Non receipt of ordered goods
I have ordered for Spy Pen thru my credit card for Rs. 1750/- on 20.07.2010, even though i paid the amount they sent a VPP for RS. 1750/-, so i called them and they told me to return the same to courier company and the will re send the same on paid basis.I have wasted more than the cost of courier complaining over phone, and every time they tell my problem will be sought, around 3 weeks earlier i cancelled my order and requested them to return my amount till date i have not received the ordered material nor the money.
This is a fraud company, I want my money back with penalty.
I have ordered for car multimedia player with USB, MP3, car vaccum cleaner and a free Kingston pen drive.But I have received car multimedia player with without MP3, damaged car vaccum cleaner and not a fr Kingston pen drive.So, kindly look into this issue and send the correct product immediately.

I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve. How is reputed newspaper like Times of India giving such big advertisements of Naaptol products? Why is law of India not taking any action against them and letting them carry out their business.

NAAPTOL — non receipt of product and non refund of money
This is my 3rd complaint on the consumer forum andmy cae Id is Case Id 42672.
my order number is ORDER NO 158666
I had ordered a pen camera on 28th jan on naaptol and paid through icici online banking . it has been almost a month and there is no news form the company one of the worst ever in customer service . every time io put a compalint on consumer forum i get a pre typed reply " wen are extremely sorry for in convienience caused and we will get back to you immediately " and they have not bothered to refund my amoutn still .
It is disgusting how such fraud companies can go on and gullible people get duped .
Would want some helpo in this regard.
