[Resolved]  Nainika Enterprises HP Gas Distributor — extremely poor customer service

Dear Sir/ Maam,

this is to bring to your kind attention that being a customer for Nainika Enterprises (HP GAS DISTRIBUTOR) in bhopal, i am highly disappointed to receive poor and ill mannered customer service from the employees of this organisation.

This mail is in regards to my Gas booking made on the 16th day of April 2012, on the date of booking i was suggested a time frame of 2-3 days and was in the waiting list. Today being the 23rd day of April 2012 i am yet to receive my booking through them. i had on several occasions tried contacting their Customer service number[protected] but failed to receive any conformation on the same. on being called they respond aggressively and hang up the phones stating that they cannot talk over phones with any of their customers. This kind of Instances have kept on repeating quite a number of times and now i am forced to highlight this matter and table it across you for a kind and prompt action.
