Navy — third party cash transaction deduction | |
i have a account in HDFC nariman point branch my account no is [protected]. an amount of Rs 110.30 has been deducted from my account on 28 th Nov 09 without any notification. i don't have even the idea for the reason. i feel this is an unauthorized charge deducted by your company. if the reason being the cash deposit from outstation branch then also i dont feel its a genuine reason. There is no such rule exist in any other bank. i think the services of icici bank is much better as compared to u in this regard.. Was this information helpful? | |

ICICI Bank — Third party transaction
I withdraw cash of rs 3400 from ICICI ATM at dwarka on 11 May 2010. when i checked mini statement rs 110.30 deducted as transaction charges. as per RBI guidelines no fee will be deducted on third party transaction. My account is with HDFC bank. please tell me how i can get my 110.30 back from ICICI. As per RBI only 5 transaction will be non chargable..after that it will be chargeabel on third party transaction..please check RBI site for it.
