[Resolved]  Net4.in — worst service a corporate can ever render. 0% value for money.

We have purchased a hosting space from net4.in to host our site but the company does not provide any srevice. our company has incurred heavy losses as our site has not been functioning properly from the day we have hosted it in net4.in. The technical team does not seem to care to solve the problem and now we are forced to move to another server as the company has failed to give any assistance to solgve the problem. The technical team has not made a single effort to solve the issue.

we are a recent victim of net4.in & almost have the same history, they duped us for ten thousand for two domain booking and two hosting plans for 500 Mb each but were not able to host on their server, well we plan and are sure to spend another Rs.10, 000 or more and claim Rs.50, 000 as a compentsation for the harrasement we went through, we are about to complaint this matter to the concerned consumer court and registered a complaint in police station and other higher authorities, our instance is just recent.
We have faced a same problem with the worst customer services and technical support of net4.in. Beware of NET4.in fraud read the article of the it.

We had the same problem. It has been already a month since we have paid and tried to set up hosting and domain service with them but until now nothing is solved.
We have raised over 5 complain tickets and called several times over the phone and keep telling that there is no problem they will solve it...

Really bad service!
look at the email below...I have hosted my website with net4.in for a year. its not working any more and there is no response from their side just 0 customer service. i would never recommend or use them. is there no organisation where we launch complaint.

post this on your side if you want.

Greetings!

With all due respect, inspite of several requests, paying visit to your office, sending you payment confirmations, I do not understand the reason for you guys not turning my website on.

I showed Anuradha that the money was debited from my bank account on the 14th of april. If you guys do not receive the payment from paypal or you can not trace it within your organisation, thats your problem not mine.

I am sending the copy of this email to my lawyer. If I do not have this website in running this monday that is the 22nd of April, 2009, I would have to go through the legal way.

Net 4 India and you as their employees would be liable for all the costs for the lawyer and also for the business damage you guys are doing to my business that would be calculated from April the 25th and unseen business lost.

Hopefully you resolve this matter in a timely manner and avoid any legal route.

Being an Indian, I have always tried to support Indian companies like yours but I feel its not worth it.
