[Resolved] Ngpay — High Priority bug in ngpay | |||
On 27th June, I was checking the options available on ngpay for booking an airline ticket. I am very well aware of the fact that the transaction can not be completed without entering 'One Time Password (OTP)'. So I kept on browsing until I was asked for entering OTP. I cancelled my ticket, did not go any further and did not generate the OTP. Even after cancelling the ticket and rolling back, the ticket was confirmed and I received the notification that an amount of Rs 9271 got deducted from my account. ngpay has refused to accept this bug. Although they have cancelled the ticket but have deducted the cancellation charges i.e. Rs 1500. No body is even responding properly when I am calling ngpay's customer care.They are blaming on the SBI bank as the card selected was SBI bank's card and the bank is blaming ngpay as the fault is in their system.
