I am staying in Nirmal Lifestyle for the last three years. Our is a new building and therefore society is not registered. The complaint is that from the first day of residing in my flat there was seepage from our toilet whenever flushing was done. I complaint it to the builder but they have not done anything till date. Now a proposed society has been formed but still not registered with the concerned authority. They are telling me to get it done as the flat below us is facing seepage problem. Since I have not done any structural changes I requested the builder to get it done. I also request you to guide where to complaint against the builder and get the work done as Iam not at fault. Even the fixing of floor tiles are very loose that they are coming out. The overall quality of the flat is very bad. Some amenities like swimming pool etc has still not provided to us by the builder. So please guide as I want to take action against the builder or whether I can get it done from the society. Was this information helpful? | |

Yes they are low on their words. They have taken help of Mr. Hafeez Contractor to build good buildings, But
rest of things like managing customers /promises etc are based on their own mental conditions. How can they borrow/Buy that classy mentality? That does not sell annywhere. It only can be had with evolved brain conditions. They are in urgent need to change the way they work and probably can borrow that culture by going to some agency (Like Hafiz contractors!!)

I am a investor in real estate and have a plan to place some investments in Mulund area with a project of NIRMAL LIFESTYLES LTD, however I have learnt from some of my investor friends that a Criminal Case has been registered against NIRMAL LIFESTYLES LTD in September 2010 with the Mulund Police Station and the Directors are expected to be arrested shortly

Instead of running from pillar-to-post, call a plumber and a mason and get the issue fixed yourself. Afterall you are facing the issue. I had similar problem had to break couple of tiles (lucky only couple of them had to be replaced). Found that the elbow joint of one of the pipes had corroded and punctured. You may have a unique problem, which could be diagonised only if you take professional help and spend some money!

I feel its a small issue and one must just call the plumber and get the issue sorted. As per my knowledge Mr. Hafeez Contractor is very well renowned and deficitely makes awesome and well built structures. Waiting for the society and/or the builders to handle such a small issue will take a long time due to paperwork and correspondence. Why let a neighbor suffer for a small issue like seepage!

The society / builders views will be always remain same as they think from commercial angle where lots of residents never pay maintenance charges on time..which turns this people to become more & more cost effective...even u pay regularly..the sum o[censored]r all residents may nt doing the same...try to find out with ur coordinators about this..as this may be the one of its reason
