[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — No response inspite of repeated complaints | |
I have a airtel broadband connection (Punjab Circle) on my name. I have complained atleast ten to fifteen times, for adjustment o[censored]nknown payment they have added to my bill regularly . I even launched a complaint through email, and was to have my response in 24hrs. Its been a month, I have no response to my complaint. Whenever I ask them to disconnect the services, due to inconvenience I have to face, they assure, that they would take care and again in the next bill I get, there is nothing done. ON 15th MAY, 2010 VIDE REQUEST NO. 32728144, FOLLOWED-UP BY MANY COMPLAINTS, RECENT BEING VIDE NO. 35863862 ON 02/08/2010, ATTENDED BY ONE ‘NEERAJ’ BESIDES YOUR S.M.S.
We, Banbury Cross Educational Academy, Lucknow have been one of your esteemed customers not only as users but also as your business-promoters, being a TEACHING INSTITUTION with a vast clientele.
We are perturbed & disturbed over the fact that for the last six months or so, we have been following-up for the TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF OUR BROAD-BAND CONNECTION from this ‘Academy’ to an individual ‘Kumkum Rawat’ at the same address, same place and same wirings involving ‘No’ fresh installation etc. but, to NO AVAIL.
Every month we used to remind your payment-collector (even in ‘Writing’ too) and every month somebody used to come and ask for ‘This-paper & That-paper’ in the name of completing formalities. At last, after tolerance threshold crossed, we deliberately stopped your last payment … ONLY to elicit negative outcome of getting our connection ‘Disconnected’.
You are required to kindly look into all such unethical & unlawful activities continuing with such a reputed Company for immediate remedial measures. Meanwhile, please ensure that our connection is not snapped. (given on 2/3 days lease by courtesy of 121 staff)
