[Resolved]  Nokia — Corruption in Nokia care center

I perches n72 dated on 27/7/2008 with no. [protected] and next week it gets hang
I immediate reported my complent to nokia care at Shree Communication (Shop No-1 & 2,
Yashogita Building, Near Mhatre Bridge, Next to Matai Chembers, Erandwane, Pune)After
the long period of two weeks i received my handset with the new serial no.[protected]
(that was Repaired) with the(exchanged) old key pad.again after eight day it gets hang
and i submitted to nokia care dated at he same place on 16/8/2008 and still i am not able
to receiving my handset they are still post ponding the dates( Now its 9/09/2008) i am
geting tiered with those peoples a very very poor & thired class service
And i must get the New one (Not repaired)against my faulty & repaired handset I all ready
paid for the new one and not for the repaid handset I already given a chance to repair and
after repair its stuck again And now i am not agree to get my faulty had set again to face
problem and a thried class service.

I WANT NEW HAND SET INSTEAD OF REPAIRED

I would like to mention my total use of handset
Total days from perches is 71 days
Total use day 33
and for repair it takes 38 days

I am ferm Upon to get extended warranty of 38 days on my handset.

The above complaints are very true and nobody is ready to bother about complaint, their is no meaning wehter u have purchased nokia mobile with bill or without.

My nokia E62 keypad has got repaired three times within two months of purchase period, even they had not given replacement.

And nokia care is totally helpless and very faltu.

Its happen only in india.

Nokia is one of the best mobile phone seller in india.
but (SOME OF)the Service centers were mis-using the name and stealing people's property...

i'm one of the affected people by Nokia Service Care.

I used N6600. i switched off my mobile. after 5min i tried to switch on my mobile. it was not started.

i went to Nokia Care Center in TABS COMPLEX, TRICHY, TN-01. There they told me that 'some problem in handset, leave it here for a day we will rectify the problm'. then they gave me the job sheet and the cost for repair will be Rs.200. i went next day they told me that "your mobile will not use hereafter, it wont start. so sell it in local mobile service center, they will get it for spare parts.". then they did collect the job sheet from me.

then i tried to open my handset, i noticed that the display is changed and i think they changed the IC also. i went and asked them. they were not responding me.

then i left that, after that i sold my N6600 for Rs.500.

pin-518360, i got compaints ofdaily battery back up problem and sim problem, sound, problems .i went to nokia care and registerd complaint in banglore &kurnool, they are not given proper service, but it is not cleared yet, iam facing both physical &mental problem of this mobile, they are use me to move me any thing, plz do needfull for me asap

Authorised Dealer RAMCOR, GUDIVADA, Krishna Dist.A.P. as a service (works manager) so I have purchased NOKIA N 72 as on 12/04/2008 I have complaint faced on the battery charger not charging .in that charger given to your service center gudivada job no 67 dt. 24/09/2008 he told new charger will be given 2 months I agreed charger handover.And recently I have faced the compliant of hand set (KEY PAD LIGHTS NOT WORKING) I was go to Vijayawada NOKIA care (R.K.COMMUNICATIONS) in that service people just saw the hand set it will not coverd under warranty due to reason water entry. how to water entry I dont now I only using the Cell Phone Carefully.And that service person told due to water entry it is phone complaint. If it is really water entry to to tally set damaged. I don’t now how it will entry. And that service persone told i[censored]r talking much more time (sweft drops) also entered it will chance.in that type of hand sets how nokia is world best manufacturer how it will made. I don’t now.dsr once again iam telling to u.i[censored] think in ur customer place iam very un satisfied and iam also service field I know total warranty terms and conditions. Don’t customers cheating I have very struggled. Just I want it will repair or replace I don’t now just I want to keypad lights working condition. Once again iam telling to u.it is not my mistake.

Nokia N 73 — Service Center Pune - Pathetic

Nokia Service center at Satara road is pathetic. Please dont go to them for any serious issues. I gave them my mobile for repair due to network IC problem. They returned me the dead set claiming that nothing can be done. They said at the time of giving your handset you have signed on voucher and no damages can be claimed.

Its better to go for local service centers, which are technically far capable then Nokia centers.

he is missusing the faith of yours, which u have in him for earning money he burst good conditioned mobile phone which is of old models and send it to u for replacement by agreeing with customers for money, . so do enquire about and take necessary legal action

hi i am mehul surati from gujarat.i belongs to surat city area.Last time i want to service my nokia phone n73.it was a problem with it keypad and software.that's why i went to service station at international trade center, but the behaviour of its member of care center, i never satisfy.

The service provided by NOKIA care -Lucknow (Faizabad road)is very dissapointing.
I had given my Cell for repairing on 13th JAN2009 and have been told to recieve the same by 7 days.

Everyday i call them but no one is having any concrete ans for my qusetion.I am not able to know even that will my cell get repaired or not, if it can be repaired then at what date i am supposed to recieve the same? Every day they say that it would get repaired in a day or two but i dont know how long they would take.

i have a nokia 3110c...it has a problem of reading memory card.please any body help me regarding its repair by nokia service center.

i buy a new nokia 3110 from deulgaon raja. after 10 days theb mobile become dead then i show that handset in parbhani nokia care they solved my proble but after only 2 days the handset become dead. but still the problem remain the same.the attidude of the nokia care is vary ugly, please contact me on my mail and solved my problem urgenty.

i bought nokia 7210 c before 15days frist time i get wab satting but now i couid not able to get wab satting i want the solution of this problem.

i am hitesh sapra. in my nokia mobile 5310. camara are not working. my handset is come back is 4 months. jalandhar. nokia care office is model town. nokia care service is very very very very very bad.

Basically my cell (N-73M) had an Mike problem, duw to which i was not able to listen the incoming voice properly.So they solve the problem, but at the same time cell, the memory card lock kit was break by them because of their negligance.On that day they said plz cum tomarow we will solve that problem.But when i go their, thay said that we didnt commited u, & we are unable to repair that Memory card lock.So plz do somthing, b'coz this is not only happen wit me, but also lot of people harassed by them.& This is b'coz of only the lead OWNER of that custmer care, he treat the customer very arrogantly, cheaply.
