i want to know about the massage i got that i won 300000 pound, in the ONGOING NOKIA UK PROMOTION.

i have resived sms you have won 300, 00, 00, gbp in the (uk lotto) mobile draws 2009 to claim your prize contact mr brown walter on.

I have recieved one sms from mandalis1 saying :your mobile number has won 500, 000 pounds in the ongoing NOKIA MOBILE PROMO for claim call [protected] email:[protected]@yahoo.com, can u tell about it, true or fals ? if is it true, how can i get it? can you confirm pls.

Me also recieved a massage from nokia telling me that my mobile No hade won 154000 GBP for claim I am to call [protected] I called, I took all the tips for them I send money for delievy by DHL the they told me that there tax fees I sent a part of it as they promised to send the cheque and i am to send the rest after I get my money cashed.Then they told me there was another stoppage in cairo for anti-terrosum laisence. After Searching on this complaint page I found (for claim contact [protected] it was Dr Mark Cole who told me that the winning is real but the fact is my cheque is still in the HM revenue board for tax I am to pay 490GBP.As i could pay till now I did get nothing.
I missed my Original email address [protected]@yahoo.com. Now even through this email I cann't contact them .So please tell me the truth. Was that true or Fake.

Nokia Handset 6500 (Slide phone) — Lack of Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had given my Nokia Handset 6500 (slide phone) for repair on the 11th August 09 as it used to ge Auto Switched off & the Battery Overheated. I had given it in the Mumbai, Bandra (west) outlet on hill road, the franchise is run by Mr. Sunil Arora. They repaired it and gave the phone to me on 14th August 09, I paid them Rs.3500/-. Immediately the next day the phone was having the same problem, so contacted the centre and gave them the phone on the 19th August 09, the said they will look into the matter & get back to me.
As they could not repair it in Mumbai, Mr. Sunil said they need to send it to Delhi head office & the phone would come back in a week time. Still I have not eceived my phone and everyday I have been calling Mr. Sunil, to check the status of my phone and each day I get the reply saying I will be getting it in a day or two.
I have even personally visited the Nokia Centre several times regarding the same. But each time I get false commitments. Nor I have a confirmation as to where my phone is.
Yesterday I went to the Nokia Centre as its nearly been a month and a half since its gone for repair, I asked him the Delhi office customer serice no.and a website or email id, first he said he will sms me the same, but as I insisted he gave it to me. I called immediately the Customer Service no and spoke to Mr. Ziauddin the Customer Service Representative to narrate the problem, he then asked for a docet no. I was not aware of the same so I asked Mr. Sunil about the same and he spoke to Mr. Ziauddin, but as he denied to give the no. saying his techician had left for the day and can give it only on Tuesday now. Also he is now saying the phone has already been despatched from Delhi office and will get it on Wednesday the same story was told to me last week.
Also Mr. Ziauddin realised the way Mr. Sunil spoke to him & me and the lack of customer service given also false commitments and haressing the customer by wasting their time & money by following up.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter so I could know exactly where is my phone and whether it has been reparied, what the problem was and exactly when I would be getting the phone back.

NOKIA CARE centers are also cheating customers and not providing any services only charging with out carrying out repairs. I did not expect this sort of service from a renowed brand like NOKIA its highly disappointing.

I would be filling a complaint in consumer forum for this too if any action is not taken immediately.

I purchased this handset 7 months back and within a month's time of purchase I have been getting these same problems often. I gave my handset for 3 times for mobile software updates and once for fill servicing to Delhi but still I got the same complaint and this is the 2nd time I'm sending my mobile for servicing to Delhi..
I am not satisfied with their services til date.i am requesting for a full replacement of my handset as early as possible. if my complaints aren't being considered or rectified or if i don't get a proper feedback i have no other choice of moving ahead to the consumer court regarding this issue.
