Nokia — Faulty Handset 3500 Classic

Hi ,

I purchased Nokia Handset (Nokia 3500 Classic) last year.

With in few months of the purchase, the steel panel on the phone was seperated from the handset.
This has changed the complete look of the phone.

I contacted the Nokia care Noida centre and Nokia care on phone, but they said this is a cosmetic fault and this is not under warranty.

I was shocked. How easily they make this a cosmetic item.Without this steel panel this phone looks horrible. But I can do anything. I have tried to fix this but no success.

Either this panel comes under "accessories" or is a part of Mobile cover.
In both the cases this has to be under warranty and has to be replaced.

I have tried and contacted every one and nobody is helping me out.

I want this to get it replaced.

you are all fools / stupid to have your phone number listed in an open-wide internet.

of course its a scam. and the fact that you posted your phone number on the internet. a lot of scammers will find this and send you another scam texts.

i also received a SMS but this time its a Sony ericsson promo. same phone number [protected]

also the e-mail address [protected]@live.co.uk is an obvious give away. how can sony ericsson send an e-mail address from a regular MSN e-mail account. and why they have the name sony ericsson shorten to sonyeric1


if it was a promo from the real sony ericsson. they would gave used a full e-mail address and the fact that "YOU JOINED A CONTEST / PROMO"
You wont win anything if you didint join right?
