Is it real or scan? please advise

I too have received an email saying I have won 172, 000 GBP from this Nokia mobile promotion. The email I have for contact is [protected]@business-corp.info

Is this a scam or I did I really get lucky?

Nokia N97 Rm - 505 — Lens cover scratch

i purchased Nokia N97 RM-505 Ref Inv no-8313 dtd[protected] through Consolidated Gulf Co W.L.L - Qatar

Now is noticed that when we open the lens shutter cover, their is a scrach occuring on the lens & inside cover, due to which we are not getting clear images & photos, Photos look like bit shady like white cloudy background.

Please let me know If I can get the set exchanged since its newly purchased & hardly used .

I request you to let me know the procedures for the same or any other options available on the exchange .

Nokia Cell Phone 7500 — ignorance in registration of complaint

hello forum,
i am a doctor by profession,working in government hospital, i have bought a nokia cellphone 7500 last year in madurai,TN, at universal mobile shop. and i started using mobile subsequently using cellone as my service provider. from may 2009 onwards there was voice break in my phone and visited nokia care which they said as mic problem and since the handset was in warranty they replaced free of cost,but my problem was not solved and on july 3rd they put a job card and said that the service is beyond thier repair and they have send to newdelhi for further repair. after a month i went to the service station-nokia care to ask about the status of my hand set,they said that they have received but the problem was still persisitng, now i asked the service people to replace my handset,they said that this is not their job and that has to be decided only in delhi, and once again they sent ther set to delhi,also they said that you register a complaint in tollfree number which i did subsequently in next day(4th aug)but what they said was the handset was repaired and sent ot service centre. i explained the phone attendent in tollfree that handset is still having problem even after repair and i wanted to talk to higher authorities and register about the fault.the attendent said they will call within 48hrs but they didn't. hence i called again i told the previous complaint but the complaint was registred in wrong way and they have not registered my words at all.then they made a fresh complaint. but still i have not got my hand set.in the meantime i have bought a new handset nokiamodel 5130 for my profession since i wanted a phone very badly,till today no call from nokia or nokiacare. i plead the forum to take necessary action for this delay in making service of my handset and morever not recording my complaint in a proper way

Till date not getting any positive responce from end, , , , instead of giving solution you are showing me the clause that liquid damage not comes under warrunty ...
My question is, if so, then why you have not replace my handset when its got the problem on 3rd & 4th time & for the replacement i had disscusion with your customer executive which took this matter casually ...
First you have sold me the faulty handset now you are denying by giving statment of liquid damage ...
