Mobile Phone Nokia - 6210 Navigator (GSM) — They tampered the Set

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I have purchase the Set of Nokia-6210 Navigator(GSM) from Distributor(Delhi region) in the month of October-2008 but this mobile suddenly switched off in the moth of July.2009 during in my using stage then I have submitt the set in Nokia care-Gurgaon Center they keep up 20 days and a lot follow up and conversation they have given the response only negative and delared the tampared..after that I have re-contact to Banglore nokia customer care (head office) bangalore they have given the suggestion please this set re-submit to another nokia service centre....after that I have submit the set in Malvia Nagar (New Delhi) against the Job sheet No.[protected]/090819/94 and IMEI No.[protected] as on 19 agust.2009 but they said please pay the chargable amt. aprox. Rs.3600/- I had also aggree for the payment of charges but after 2 .5 moth they re-call Please collect the moble without in repair condition...

Pls. advide waht I do in this situation if ...I have purchase this mobile Amt. of Rs.14710/-...they how I can digest this as easily

My Job Sheet No[protected]/090708/37 Given for Water Damage problems and not satisfied from the delay in service. Now the Nokia Care Center in Closed where I am register complient for repairs of my mob. Nokia N70 . Due that I have faceing problem & I not get back my cell return for nokia care center from last 6 month. till i am not get back my cell & no one contact me agains by complient is closed. Nokia care center is also closed please tel who can return my cell phone. I had purchses that mobile due to it famous brand in India but I think customer service is too poor. Please support me agains job sheet complient & return my N70 hand set as on urgent basis. I can only Try and at last I request you to please look in to the matter and help your valued customer .IF NOKIA CAN? its challenge to Customer Care Support of Foreign Brand provided services in INDIA.
