i too got d same mail, ya got the certificate too.they had make a call to me also.i[censored] got the answer do reply me also. but now i can realize its all fake, after all who is going to distribute this sum of money. n ha they offered me bmw also

I too have recd a mail from NOKIA/EURO/SHELL PROMOTIONAL that i have won 75 lacs and the same will be credited to my local bank, they have asked to send the award certificates which they have send to me as a attached and courier them to some national bank in London.
Pls some one take some serious action on the said incoming mail ID to avoid further issues and waste of time.

Please be advised that I received a call from phone number +[protected] advising that I had won US$100,000 via a Nokia Anniversary Promotion. The gentelman had an Nigerian accent and told me taht I would need to send US$300 via western union today to receive the money.My complaitn is taht thsi guy was able to access my telephone number in Trinidad. I am very worrreid and may just take this up with the local authorities.

Nokia 7210c - Charger — Denial of warranty of 1 year charger purchased along with phone ( Included in sales pack)

Dear Sir,

My brother purchased Nokia - 7210C Cell phone and the charger was not working properly.

The warranty policy text says as follows;

Warranty Period

The warranty period starts at the time of Product’s original purchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter “Warranty Period”). The different Warranty Periods are:

a.twelve (12) months for the mobile device and accessories (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable parts and accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;

b.six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables and covers; and

c.ninety (90) days for the media on which any software is provided,e.g. CD-rom, memory card.

As far as your national laws permit, the Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product. However, repaired part(s) will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

As per the above said policy warranty is 12 months for mobile devise and Accessories included in sales pack.

I spoke to the Nokia care people and also personally visited Nokia care centre in Bangalore and my effort was fruitless.

Kindly do the needful.
