nokia 3600 slider — Non Replacement of Cell Phone

Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that MY Nokia 3600 Slide which i have purchased in the month of October 2008 EMI No:[protected] has been sent to Nokia Service Centre at Vashi(Mumbai) & Indore for 6 times. As informed it is also sent to Noida Head Centre for 3 times. I am facing problems such as it gets hanged and automatically gets Swicthed off when i operate Camera, Music player. When i receive calls my own voice gets repeated and voice of speaker swings everytime.Radio gets switched off automatically.I am extremely sorry to say that the support i got from Nokia Support Team was extremely bad and my Phone condition was very well before submitting it to Nokia Centre.

Reverting to my above conversation with Nokia team they committed that if phone condition is not good after these many trials they will replace my cellphone. But the same isnot being done and have notbeen looked into.

Sir, I request you to please consider the matter and suggest for the further course of action or take proper action.

I received a sms:

Congratulation!! Your no.Was among the luckywinners on the NOKIA YEARLY PROMOTION. You won, R250, 000. Ticket no.******* Call your Claim Agent Williams Benson on [protected]. For your cash Prize ...etc.

The language and typing mistakes made me suspicious and I phoned the number given to me from my landline to get more informatiion. I was told to give them my bank account details in order to make a bank transfer from London into my bank account or I could receive a cheque by mail which could take 2 weeks.

I asked for a cheque to be send to me and then the gentleman requested me to pay in R300 in order to have the transaction completed.I told him I would like to verify this and then I will phone him back.

I just wonder how many people do actually follow these instructions in order to receive this huge amount of money and never hear from these people again.

Has anybody got the prize? I got a mesage to that I won 250000 pounds from this number [protected].
Does anybody got a mesage from that number. Please give me a mail whit a respons. Thank you

Nokia 6680 — I have only one complaints but they were created many problem

i have nokia 6680 IMEI no is 355661/00/270836/0 . i already gave to service in CHENNAI CELLULAR SERVICE[nokia collecting center] ,F-6 prince towers,1st floor,opp abbirami threatre,94-113,purasawakam high road, kellys,chennai-10,PH:26433301,32933301.
i gave only one problem,battery discharged in 5to8hrs.they were created many probs.now front camera not working and diplay was repaired,i asked him they told "what i do".he says simply but 2000 rs lose to me[diplay 1500,to same problem 500] totally they gave 3 receipt , my phone was not ready one of the receipt no 3895, you take immediat action otherwise i file case in consumer court.my mobile no is [protected]

Nokia — comany dealer is not encashing the scratch voucher

dear sir,

I purchased a mobile handset of nokia model 2700c on 16/10/2009
from m/s s k mobile khatibaba , jhansi. dealer gave me a scratch card on scheme by nokia company . and i got rs.200/- on scratch and i deposited the scratch card to dealer . but dealer did not encash the scratch card . whenever i go to dealer he says company did not encashed the card. so he did not give me rs 200/-
so please forward my complain to nokia company and make sure encashment of scratch card.
