You people are . Of course this is a scam - these scams have been going on for years and are similar to the Nigerian 419 scams.

Just ask yourself: did I enter in to a draw with Nokia India? If so, why would they pay in pounds and not rupees? Why would I have to call a UK MOBILE number and speak to someone with a West-African accent telling me to wire funds to him via Western Union?

Use your heads.

Nokia 2630 mobile phone — MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

I had bought a new mobile phone from NOKIA dealer at Calicut, Kerala (Happy Creations, Mavoor Road, Calicut) as per bill no.11714, dated 04.10.2009, Rs. 3600.00. I regret to say that, till today it hasn't work properly. Once I serviced the same from Nokia Serivce Centre, Calicut, They told me that it has some software problem and send it to Nokia Company, Chennai. After two weeks, it get back with good working condition. It is just two or three months then the comaplaint started again. I gave the same for servicing, they told me that warranty period expired. Even if, they serviced without charges. I was so happy and I thanked Nokia company very much. After two days same complaint found. They recieved my mobile with extra attention. After two weeks they give back my mobile. But it has not working properly. Each time they foolish me and I understood that this complaint is not common complaint. It is some manufacturing defects. Whenever I ask about the complaint they told me it is some software complaint. Really the puchase of my Nokia set is much lost. It is so shame that as a company like Nokia manufacturing these type of local set. If you can do any goodness for customers like me please replace my mobile set or repair the set at your earliest. And instruct your service centre, Calicut that not foolishing the customers.

Hope your favourable action. Otherwise I lost my money and suffered alot by using Nokia set to my profession also.

Nokia — Non-availability of BP-6MT battery

BP-6MT battery for E51 mobile is not available in the market in Kerala.

I have asked the dealers in Trivanrdum and Cochin for the BP-6MT battery. they say that they had placed the order but the battery is out of stock. I had bought the mobile in 2008 march and it is hardly 2 years and I am told that the battery which is the main supplementary of the product is not available in market.

This is such poor service from Nokia. When called to the toll free number of Nokia, I was told by the representative that, I should go to the delaer and give a call to the Nokia customer care again and hand over the mobile to the shop manager. I don't understand the reason behind this.

For just getting a battery, I do not know what all I should do.

I request the concerned authorities to take action and have the surplus BP-6MT battery in the market.
my officer PAN card was stolen and he want a new or same PAN card what are the action he will take
I buy a Nokia E-63 phone on August 2009 after 3 month my phone, s ringer is not working properly.2 time i am going to nokia care (Jail Road) but still problem is not resolved please suggest what can i do.
