Nokia — Nokia Customer Care having Educated Illiterates

I got an new Nokia E-63 mobile phone, the next days i used handsfree which is causing problems.

The problems i faced in newly purchased handset adn accessories

Problem 1: Handsfree not workign fine so given for replcament.

Problem 2: My phone is getting hanged for which they updated software.

Problem 3: When i insert handsfree and takes out back phone remains in Handsfree mode for which nokia care service centere repaired device Jack where handsree gets inserted.

Now when asked these guys to give me in returned that they repaired the Handsfree jack they are not ready to they have just mentioned in Job sheet software update.

My concern is if i have in written i can lodge a case against Nokia, that a new phone which is being launched in market without testing my device is defected from date of purchase itself.

I ask and urgently liaise with me. It is/are serious in this what degree.

Nokia — Regarding Call Barring Password

Dear sir

I had brought a Nokia 2323c phone and having the Idea post paid connection I asked regarding the call barring password to both of them but both are passing the bug by saying that this is phone build service and the phone company is saying that this is operator provided service.

I dont know from where I can get that call barring password.
Please help me to get it ASAP
