i had bought a 6208c on 10 june 2009 faithfully from nokia store but after 2 months i had recieved a problem it hangs automatically i had submitted it twice in acompany they returned after 20 days .but again i had same problem with it .. i do not expect it with a company like nokia i hope nokia will help me in replacing my hand set as soon as possible .thanks

MY SELF lipi bhattacharjee HAVE RECEIVED A SMS THAT I HAVE WON 300.000.00 GBP IN LG PROMOTION AWARD 2009. ALSO THEY HAVE ASKED 9600 INR FROM ME FOR PROCESSING CHARGE. I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM NUMBER [protected] TO FILL THE APPLICATION FORM ALING WITH PAYMENT OF 9600 TO THEIR STATE BANK OF INDIA ACCOUNT.
I also received a message like this. And I also gave my personal information. What will happen? What must I do?
THEY ARE SCAMS, ONE MUST NOT INPUT THEIR PERSONAL DETAILS IN ANY FORM ON INTERNET.

THEY COME IN VARIOUS VERSIONS, SOMETIMES ACTING AS LOTTERY N SOMETIMES UNCLAIMED INSURANCE..

NEVER REPLY TO SUCH MAILS..

so this morning I got this text message on my phone that said

"CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your mobile number have won 172, 000 Pounds in the NOKIAUK ATM PEOMO. For claims email your FULL NAMES &MOBILE NO to nokiaukiyahoo.co.uk"

the sender number was +[protected].
Can someone please tell me what's going on, I need some infomation here!

Dear Sir,

I purchased NoKia Mobile Model No. 6700, a month back from Globle Access Pvt. Ltd., St. Marks Road, Bangalore.

After using the mobile for some time, I found that Calendar tone was not ringing and I missed many events, and also under Missed Calls names were not appearing.

Upon contacting dealer about my problem, he directed me to approach Nokia Care locally to solve my problem.

A new Nokia care was recently opened in my area i.e. Kantharaj Urs Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysore, where I Approached to solve my problem. had a very Bitter Experience.

As I approached concerned person(Mr Ganesh) to explain my problems, the way he handled by costly mobile set was unbearable. My mobile was kept Upside down on table which is not correct. Some lady wanted take paper just pushed the mobile very badly. Which showed they are not bothered to handle the mobiles sets smoothly.

After explaining my problems and about 1000 contact Numbers saved in my Mobile, for which Mr Ganesh said he will save the numbers in computer and after upgrading the Mobile software, put back the numbers to phone memory for which I agreed. They issued me a “shabby service Job Sheet” and put an Robber Stamp at the bottem that data backup recovery will be at customers risk.


Upon reading. I enquired why he is putting the rubber stamp and explained the importance of my 1000 Contect Numbers. Again he assured me that these numbers will be saved and nothing will go wrong. I requested him to give me in writing the assurance for which he wrote and gave me the assurance”Date to be Saved” which can be seen on Service Job Sheet.

After 2 hours, when I went to collect the set, to my surprise all the numbers were deleted and problem started.

Then came to picture is one Mrs. Yogeshwari, who does not have knowledge of customer care, or a smooth behavior,
Spoke rough and tough, and not bothered to listen customers grievances. Each problem I tried to explain to her as above, has no effect at all. I also informed her that I shell lodge a complaint to police and customer grievances court for which she said I am free to do so. She also collected Service job sheet from me and manipulated the Service job sheet by inserting the Words “Data not available in Phone” to mislead.

As a customer I find that the working condition at this particular Nokia Care is very poor.

1. A qualified and experienced admistrator should be there to manage the customers.
2. I find that technically poor knowledge personnel has been handling the mobile Sets.
3. Proper training should be given to handle the mobile sets smoothly and carefully
4. they should have knowledge of how customers are purchased the mobile sets through their nose
5. they should know the seriousness of Law and cannot give rude answers to customers to go to police or court of law which effects the Image of the Company.

I request you to kindly take action against my above complaint and an reply is highly solicited in the interest of Nokia Company and customer.

This is to notify that I have several Grievances with Nokia Corp.

1) There is no contact or Email Details of Nodal Officers on Website where it should be present on Website as per Instruction of TRAI.

2) I have to Log complaint regarding Improper services , Misbehavior and Harrasment againt Nokia Care center for which neither any Grievances email / complaint email id not any state head email id has been mentioned.

On Jan 08, 2009 i have bought Nokia 5310 exp music from hot spot , bill no - 3519 , IMEI - [protected].

On July 17th I have submitted that handset to Nokia Care center - MAA communications ( Laxmi Nagar ) where I was facing issue with hanging. In that situation my Phone keypads are even not working.

I have received back the phone on 27 July but

1) Neither my problem has been resolved
2) Nor my handset has been taken care properly where the side music pins to play music has been broken when i have received it back.

I have compliant there and then and side pins have been fixed temporarily by center.

Today, When i went to service center for both same problems ( Regarding side pins issue and Hanging problem) i have met with Mr Akhil , Where He was Rude , Adamant to admit mistake that it has not been taken care either is service center or in Nokia care center ( Maa communications) and he deny me to provide services

Its completely case of
1)Harassment and misbehavior with customer
2) Deny to provide the services where my headset is in warranty and he ask for the charge of Side pins.

Henceforth this is an warning to Nokia center. Apart from this i am also marking this mail to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum so that this issue would be taken care with them.

I am writing this email because i am using nokia product from last 5 years but due to this unsatisfactory services my trust has been broken.

Nokia — Third similar failure in a month

I purchased a Nokia E71 phone around August 2009. It has failed for the third time within Dec 2009. It was fixed at Nokia customer care at Adyar, Chennai. The same problem keeps coming in. It is frustating to spend Rs. 17,000 on what was sold as a latest phone and get a totally useless equipment that is unreliable. In my last 14 years o[censored]sing mobile phones, I have never come across such a lousy piece. Now, I need a new phone to be replaced.
