Nokia Phone 5530 — HARRASHMENT

I purchase nokia phone 5530 IMEI-[protected] on 25/08/10, After 8month's ,phone switch off automaticaly, in a warrenty period, i given phone to the nearest nokia service center "M/s Chhattisgarh Electronics 153 Akash-Ganga Complex Supela Bhilai Dist-Durg [ C.G ] Pin-490023".

They given me a new phone 5530 IMEI NO [protected]. on 06th apr'2011. after 10 days again same problem started. Then again i submit phone,ater 15 days, they given me a new phone 5530 its IMEI NO [protected] on 30/04/11.after 18 days same problem started its 3rd times.

Nokia Mobile 5235 — Brand New phone not working

Dear Sir, I purchase new mobile phone model 5235 from Croma, Saket, New Delhi on 21.02.2011 by paying 8850/- after 4 days I found the phone use to hang and music player not supports. I went to croma and asked for replacement but they refused.In the meantime the executive done some tricks himself it works for few days.On 9.05.2011 the handset submited to Croma for the problem they took it to Nokia repair centre and on 16.05.2011 handed over the set with same problem and suggested to visit Nokia centre personally. On 17.05.2011 I visited Nokia Centre at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and deposited the handset for shortout the problems. Now, I request Nokia to replace my handset immeditly since its brand new phone and not working it means the hand set is deffestive else I will visit the consumer court for help in this matter.Also I suggest my collegue and fellows not to buy andvance Nokia handset there are deffect in every 6-7 out 10 handset. Yes Sir! you are correct after all these circles you came to conclude as not go with Advanced Nokia handset.

The same experience me and other my friends have faced with the Nokia. Nokia sets are very good before for basic versions. But for advanced they are not able to maintain the standard. And also the service part has reduced as more complaints registered.

The Nokia E65 Series stolen at Kanjurmarg Junction, on 20.05.2011, the same handset services blocked so that they can't use the same instruments for any other purpose.

The thieves can't use the stolen instruments which is important of the owners.

Nokia Cell Phone X3 — battery replacement

mobile handset nokia x3 is under warrenty, nokia local centre at adajan surat has dignose one week before that it has to be formatted. after that they declared the problem lies with battery and they now saying that battery is out of stock and it will take another ten days so i handed over my handset. this very poor class of service on the company like nokia which have best market brand.

Nokia — I didn't get my phone from service center

Hi,
I got Nokia C2 in March 2011, The headphone was not working. I gave for service on 9 May 2011, The delivery date is 20 May. Till now i didn't get any result on what happen to my phone. If i call the service center. They are not answering me properly. It is their responsibility to get the phone from head office on time. Instead they ask the customer to wait until they receive message from them. This is not a good service. I need my phone right today or get me new phone. Something has to be done for this. I am totally unhappy with Nokia service. I need solution for this. It is new phone. It was my friend present. Now it is not with me. I need you guys to something for this. ( cpntact : [protected])

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone's touch screen is not working and the battery is giving less backup and it gets heated easily in short amount of time. I had gone to nokia care to solve my problem but instead of solving they told me that the touch screen pad is not available with them and contact them after 8 days. Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
