Nokia India Pvt Ltd (Model Nokia C 7) — not at all satisfied by the service . and no action taken on my complain.

sir i have made a complain on nokia india pvt ltd dated on 06/04/2011 on nokia care line .
they have given me the complain number which is 1.[protected].
it has been already passed 21 days but still no action has been taken by them .

nor they reply me what they are doing on my complain by phone or by any other way .

always i have to call them twice a day for around 22 times i haved called but they have called me only once while i was driving my car i told that please call me after 20 min right now i am driving n unable to talk to u now n he said o.k .n after that not a single call from them .

what should i do now ?
please help me now how many days still i have to wait for my solution . ???

this is not at all right in all respect ...
