Nokia — Unsatisfactory policies
Sir, I have stoped counting numbers (times) I had sent you mails regarding the replacement of Nokia N8 which was a faulty handset purchased on 30th March 2011 & with in 24hrs 31st March 2011 got comment from Nokia Care to get the handset replaced, I and my retailer deposited the handset with in 48hrs. I contacted customer care Bengluru from there I came to know if any problem is reported with in 24hrs of purchase then the customer will be replaced with a new handset if Nokia Care executive says that handset has got non solving problem with handset. I tried to talk to retailer & told him that I am eligible for replacement you talk to Nokia Priority but of no use I did not get any replacement instead I was told that I will recieve handset after 20 -25 days. I spent Rs.25000 & being Brand loyal to Nokia & used E series N series presently using N97 mini recently 30th March I changed to N8 unable to use it due to non co-operation of the company policies being a loyal customer of Nokia high end models you can cross check your database with mobile number [protected] handset models changed with in 2years all Nokia high end models. Nokiax3 B - Red — phone restarts automatically
sir,I am deepika Gupta. i had purchased Nokiax-3 B-Red from "Cariano Telecom" on
[protected].
The phone has been creating problem since the first day.
I went to the nearest nokia service center 12 times, all the time they keep my phone
for one week, 10 days sometimes for 15 days and return me back as i give to them.
I also called up Nokia Head office 6 to 7 times but all the time they say that my
complain is in que.
I was given two complaint number by head office are 1-[protected] and again is
1-[protected].
They have replaced my phone set with new mobile set with a new IMEI No. two times But
both sets having the same problem as my first phone had. "Is it possible"??
I asked them but they didn't reply me and making me fool.
I am attaching photocopy of phone purchasing bill as well as job sheet.
I was given a new set by "Mr. Malik" head of nokia service center, dilshad garden,
delhi but this phone is having the same problem.
Please do the needful.

I have already lodged the complaint and I have been replied by your Executive Maharishi Sharma, but the reply is vogue. He has not understood my problem in real sense.If he had furnished his cell phone number, I could have contacted him over mobile and described my problem exactly.He has understood that I wanted to deactivate Life Tools Messaging Services. In fact , I have never subscribed for Life Tools Messaging Services nor ever activated this tool provided in mobile phone instrument and yet I am receiving paid messages. On the 2nd of April when I was in the Hospital ( As my motherb90 years old) was getting treatment at Sri Ranga Hospital Devanathan Road Mandaiveli Chennai 600028, while I was sleeping in the early hours of 3rd Morning around 0530 Am to 0545 Am noticed that I lost my moblie along with the care takers mobile bearing Model No NOKIA 5233 bought around June Or July of Last year (2010).The EMI no for this particular number is [protected]. Nokia — Defective battery
I have bought a new Nokia 5800 Music express, in May-2010 @ 13500 INR from nearby store. Initially it was working very well and I was very happy to have it.In mid July-2010, I started facing a problem with the battery life. The battery is getting drained within 30-60 minutes of GPRS usage or listening music.
I visited Nokia Customer care center located at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad in August -2010(3 months from the purchase date) to show the device for the trouble. [At the time of visit my nokia battery was under warranty and I clearly mentioned that I am facing issue with battery life.]
The Nokia care people upgraded the device software and assured that the problem will be resolved as the battery looks ok and no evidence of deformed battery. (How pity!! I am asking about battery life and they are just passing time and waiting for my battery warranty to get over!!!)
After that incident, I have not seen any improvement in the battery life of my Nokia device. After that visit to Nokia care center, I was busy with my office work and Due to long office hours, I could not visit the Nokia care center soon. During this period, I tried following things on my own to resolve the problem as guided by Nokia website and online help:
1. Restore the factory settings
2. Soft reset of the device
3. Upgraded the firmware of the device.
I tried following things 3-4 times (Every time I perform soft format, my Nokia mobile is getting registered and a message is being sent to NOKIA website, so the records can be verified).
None of them has worked as expected.
On 12-Feb-11, I again visited the Nokia care center for the same problem and at this time they have again upgraded the software and asked me to confirm the improvement in battery life. I tried it for couple of weeks, but no improvement in the battery life.
I again visited the Nokia care center on 5-Mar-11 with the same problem, this time care center people has asked me to leave my Nokia device with them for checking, after 2-3 day’s testing they confirmed that there is some issue and AS MY BATTERY IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, I HAVE TO PURCHASE the one.
My first question is why they didn't react on first visit to Nokia care center? Though today the battery is out of warranty, but the fact is, it was defective or had problem within 3 months of purchase.
Please help me.

Nokia — Price Overcharge
Nokia Concept Store in Hyderabad overcharges on the price as compared to an authorized Nokia Retail Center. This is cheating the customers. The customers go to the concept store with the expectation that the product and price are reliable in the concept store. However, this is not the case. Please check out the prices in the authorized retail center. Hope Nokia addresses this.
