Nokia Asha200 Dual — HANGING CONSTANTLY

PURCHASED THE MOBILE ON 14.4.2012. FOR PAST ONE MONTH IT STARTED HANGING... NOKIA PF is managed by Hewitt, hewitt is delaying PF settlement and not responding to any email. Hewit AON is doing worst service in my opinion.
some one should make legal notice and investigate the Hewitt PF management.

Nokia — cheating and snatching money by telling the wrong problem in handset

sir,last day my phone nokia n8 stop working,i went to subash nagar nokia care near to my home they told me the board is broken from the top left side of the phone ..and charged Rs5500(five thosuand five hundred) from me.. But as i have seen board on the other phone's,serched on net of the same model its exactly the same on them too.. "a slight curve as on mine " and my phone is still in warranty ...and right now my phone is at nokia care ..i find this cheating on myself from them and telling the wrong problem to snatch more money ..so take some action immidiately and help me !!

i purchased nokiaa C2-03 last year.it ts not working . Two times i checked it from nokiaa Care Center but in vain, even they took money to extend 1 yr warranty. but is the mean to go again and again to the care center for same problem. nokiaa care center is not providing service well,even nokia products also not reliable

i have just given my mobile to one of your service center which is located near (medavakkam). They aren't finishing my mobile service quickly. I also think that the service provided here is worst and they are taking so much of time to do it.they delaying nearly 2months to return back my mobile still now.

Nokia — Not solving issue during warranty and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake 1 month after warranty expired

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Nokai C-7 on 17 July 2011 and have been facing peculiar charging problem,blank screen, Apps being deleted if switched off and on,keypad getting stuck etc.
My new complaint no is 1-[protected]
And Job sheet no is[protected]/120820/18.
I had told earlier that I have been facing the SAME ISSUES with my brand new Nokia C-7 since I bought it.

It has been serviced 8times till I had to SHOW PROOF of its problem then it was sent for request for replacement (acc to the branch’s manager) but the mobile’s mother board has been repaired.
BUT,I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MOTHERBOARD WAS REPLACED BY THE PERSON AT THE COUNTER.
This was around 1month before my Warranty was to expire(think the motherboard was replaced on 5th June 2012 while warranty would expire on 17July 2012).i got it after repair only after a few weeks though due to shipment etc.)

Still after this I experienced THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THE MOBILE.I went to the service centre again.
Then the manager there told me that I will not believe it because the motherboard has been replaced.(there was a whole miscommunication between the people serving the customers there and the manager).

I went to her around 2 times till she accepted it for observation there on 14th July 2012 and told me to collect it after 3 days(after my warranty expires) but I placed a complaint with Nokia asking for REPLACEMENT as the mobile was not being serviced properly or the customers served properly.
Then Nokia insisted that the mobile is repaired and will not have any issues and sent me a mail to go collect it. I said I will not but ended up collecting it due to my trust in Nokia.

But again I faced the same issues and this time the manager said she will not believe me again and told me she will not believe till I show proof and said there is no use eve if she takes it for observation.
I showed her proof and she gave it to repair factory for repair and returned and I still faced the same problem. When I told the manager again she refused to take it until proof was shown.

Then while placing a complaint with Nokia again I realized that my IMEI no had not changed hence motherboard was not replaced. When I questioned the service centre they said they had found it out during the previous complaint and yet did not inform me.

I got a video of the problem and have given it to her on 18th August 2012(which is before 45days from motherboard repair and 1month service from service centre) and I got a jobsheet only on 20th august.
She had mailed her senior regarding this but still she says she has got a reply from them.
She has repaired it at her own center here saying she cannot ship it to repair because its not under warranty.
1. I had shown the problem with proof before it went for motherboard repair but the people working there have communicated it wrongly to the manager. Now she says because she didn’t understand the issue Nokai couldn’t service it properly but now tells though she knows the problem she cant give it proper service because warranty expired, though she accepted I have followed the rules and got it within 45days from motherboard repair.
2. The people servicing the customer and manager have lot of miscommunication and even with customer , giving wrong information to customers
3. The manager shows me only 3 recordings of the repair(after I met her directly) though I have given it for service 8-9times since January 2012. After I told her to get the Jobsheets as proof she has told maybe it is stored only in the local server and has told she will retrieve it for me.
4. The Nokia Careline always relies on her information and is delaying its process too much and hence I am being affected now.
5. The manager tells its better if NCP is taken now so that Nokia will be answerable to me.She has said that it doesn’t matter what Nokia DID NOT do during warranty and no one can be blamed but they can service ONLY if NCP is done else she will repair it here itself and give me.


Nokia is not ready to accept their mistake. manager says since I went to her in the last minute(2months before warranty), she accepts my problem is genuine but now she cant insist for replacement.

I had asked for replacement for past 2months but no one believed the customer or accepted and faced their responsibilities.
The manager is trying to solve the problem as of now so that I cannot return again because my warranty has expired.

I wish not to extend my warranty because for the past 1year with nearly 12times repair Nokia has not solved my problem or supported me or treated me fairly or trusted me. The manager is failing to admit that the miscommunication between her staff and her have affected only me.That is the main reason she is willing to service the mobile now without a payment.

I wish Nokia to face the issue and replace my mobile. The proof for the 8services before motherboard repair should be retrieved by nokia and given to me and they accept their mistake and replaced the device. I had faith in their service and hence waited patiently during the 8services. Now they say that since I did not goto the manager before itself(though I had gone 2 months back itself) I am the one to be blamed.

I ask Nokia not to force me to take up this issue to the consumer court and replace the device.
The petrol charges for every week travel and mental trauma and not being able to use my mobile for past1year though I need its services as a corporate employee.

i have a Nokia500 mobile. I purchased on April.i updated software to symbian belle from Nokia care on last week. 3 days before i hear a abnormal minute voice (sound) from mobile, where this set having 3 switches placed. Now i need a new set if this mobile board having some problem.
