Mine is not really a complaint but it's in fact a question: Has, in reality, nokia company organised such a promo using which people are creating scams or it's in itself completely a fake thing??

Nokia / 5610 Xpress Music — Handset with Nokia Care for 47 days n still counting

Hi,
I had given my NOKIA 5610 Xpress Music to Nokia Care for Repair as per Warranty rules of Product being faulty. Today is the 47th day and still they say its going to take another week and they do not guarantee delivery even after a week. I contacted NOKIA Call Centre n then through Website n then called NOKIA Head Office in New Delhi n even tried calling Singapore (Asia Pacific Head Office) n Finland (NOKIA Head Office). Can You Help ???

Nokia N6131 — INTERMITTENT SIGNAL

I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW NOKIA 6131 MODEL HANDSET FROM CONSOLIDATED GULF COMPANY'S SHOWROOM AT CITYCENTRE. I USED THE PHONE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND FOUND THAT AT TIMES I AM NOT GETTING SIGNAL. I BROUGHT THE PHONE BACK TO CGC AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT DOHA AND GOT IT REPAIRED. TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO INDIA AND WITHIN 3 WEEKS AGAIN I EXPEREINCED INTERMITTENT SIGNAL EVEN NEAT THE MOBILE TOWER. I GAVE THE PHONE TO NOKIA CARE AT CALICUT THEY INTURN SEND THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA COMPANY CARE AT ERNAKULAM AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS THEY RETURNED THE PHONE TELLING THAT THE PHONE IS BEYOND REPAIR. HOW NOKIA IS TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A BAD WAY. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PHONE ANYWAY.

Dear Sir, I never subscribe any scheme, but they deducted Rs.60 from my account and messaged that your suscription deducted.How they can do so? Is there any authority for this loot?Pl. send immediately the TRI's website where the complaint lodged and they can punished soon.Refund immediately my amount, and stop the schemes forever with me.

Nokia — my mobile gets switched off & on automatically

i am using nokia 3110c i have a serious problem in my mobile .my mobil gets switched off & on automatically when i inserted memory card after removing memory memory card it gets normal . can anyone help me...????????????????

nokia / mobile handset N 81 — Delayed in Delivery

Dear Sir,
Myself Sandeep Dangi from Panchkula (Haryana) . i have purchased a Nokia handset N-81 on dt. 18/04/08 . from Naresh Electronics, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.. Sir I face a problem in the set in August 2008 . So i deposited my handset in Nokia Care at sector 8 panchkula . They told me that 10-15 days it takes to be repaired i said okie, , , , but sir when i visit there to take delivery of my set . The girl sitting there said that your set is not repaired yet and it cames after a week as per status . I also mail regarding the same nokia.com, , , but no actual status is told .. after a week the same answer ... and till date i dont get my set ... i spend a lot of money on phone calls making to them and visiting there ... Sir please do the need ful ... When i call nokia care they confirmed the 7th of october as the delivery date . I have to buy a new set in place of this, , to fullfill my needs and works ...

PLEASE be aware that clearly this is all a hoax! My fiance and I received similar messages...his phone isnt even a Nokia! I really dont think that a huge company like Nokia would send you information like that via sms...you would receive a personal call and there would be far more evidence.

Nokia 5300 Music Express — HAND FREE (PHONE LEAD) NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a “Nokia 5300 Music Express” for Rs. 7, 000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) from M/s. Ujjwal Associates, F-397, Main Wazirabad Road, Khajoori Khas Opp. Main Market Bhajan Pura, New Delhi – 110 0094 on 09.11.07 (Diwali).

Now, I found my Hand Free (Phone Lead) was not working properly on 28.09.08, then I went to M/s. Ujjwal Associates, he told me that it is not changeable because Hand Free have only Six month warranty. But at the time of purchase he told me that warranty is for One year. I talked two or three Nokia Care, they told me the same story “that warranty is for Six months”.

“After heard these statement from your side, I am very fed up with your services”.

Now, I request you to please look into the matter and provide me a new Lead, so that I can believe on NOKIA SERVICES and it enables me that further I keep continue purchasing the NOKIA phone. I am enclosing herewith the scan copy of bill of my phone for your perusal.

An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
