Nokia - N 72 — Bluetooth not work+hanging problem+keypad light etc

Above set was deleivered at NOKIA CARE CENTRE, F-6A, DISTRICT CENTRE, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-58 on dated 22.8.2009 vide IMEI/ESN No:[protected] and promised for deleivery on 24.8.09 . I shocked that after visiting three time, my mobile set still not repaired and each occassion it is promised that my set will be deleivered by the everning, but it does't.

What should I do now?

Nokia 3600 Slide Black — Damaged mobile not repaired properly

I am writting few lines for kind consideration in which I am complaining about the servicing carried out by Nokia care. I purchased Nokia 3600 Slide Black on 01 Feb 2009. The camera of mobile was not working that time repaired that mobile 3 times in Nokia care and nowthey refuse to repair it due to internal damage in it. they said if they repair it, it may be damage the whole set and the risk of this damage is yours (owner) my mobile is in warranty period, so why i can take the risk. it is the responsibilty on company till warranty period. Nokia — avoding my problem

Dear Sir,
Me a nokia user since a long period.I got switching problem on my set ie 3110c.But in service center i am charged to repair that although my set is in warranty.I also talked to nokia care and they also inform that the problem in my set is cosmetic problem but it seem to a mechanical problem.

Nokia — Repeted problem of Rebooting

I hd purchased Nokia 3120 Classic in Dec2008 but within week it starts giving trouble.
I hd submitted handset so many time to Nokia Care at Ludhiana but problem of rebooting couldn't resolved till date.
Even my handset had been sent to Nokia HO for repair but problem is still there.
Now they even not responding to my mails.
What should I do now?

Nokia n73 music version — No support from Vendor during warranty

Dear Sir,

This is regarding my Nokia Mobile which i have bought in the month of March'09. Right from the beginning it is giving the problems and i have submitted the mobile so many number of times to the service center. You will not believe that my mobile is with the service center most of the time since after buying it. When ever i contact the central service Nokia, simply they are asking me to submit the mobile at the nearest service center and passing the time with out giving the proper support. Finally they have realized that the mobile is a faulty one and replaced with another mobile of the same model. Still the new one also having the same problem. When i contact the central service through mail, once again they are asking me to deposit the mobile at the center. This is getting repeated every time. I have the complete details and the communication in mail with Nokia care with me. Please help me in this regard and i am frustrated with the behavior of Nokia care. Please consider it as a complaint from my side on Nokia.

I am staying in Gurgaon, Sector 23.

Please help me in this regard.
