IS IT TRUE? PLEASE GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION

just want to know if it is true or not? because if it is not, they are only using nokia and making the nokia uk image bad.

On 20 Aug.09, I have recd. reply from Nokia contact centre stating that liquid ingression is not covered by the warranty.

Requesting you to gothrough my complaints once again... Its clearly mention that Five times I had given device to your Nokia care for repairing purpose...On 3rd & 4th time I have requested to your care exe. for the replacement of device which hasbeen denied by your exec. by stating that "Kuch nahi hota, Zarurat nahi hai, tik ho jayega..."
And now after 5th time you are giving such statment which is not acceptable by me ...
You have to find out some other solution for it as my money is not for charity ...
I have purchace this device of Rs.7800 /- & now I am using others mobile which I have to borrowed from them ...
