[Resolved] Nokia Care Lajpat Nagar 2, New Delhi — handset broken after getting repaired | |||
I was facing some problems with my nokia handset N8. On 19-april, 2011 i went to nokia care in o-9, 1st floor, Lajpat nagar 2, new delhi. before giving my handset everything was fine with it, but after getting it repaired the person concerned called me up to handover the handset i found my handset broken from the handsfree port, i complained about the same to the person (engineer) present there as well as the owner, but both of them refused to entertain my complaint. Moreover they checked the handset before receiving it. I request you to please do the needful asap so that i can have my handset back after the necessary action has been taken.
