Subject: Non receipt of Pension since November 2007 reg.-PPO No.SC/5904/82SB, A/C No.[protected].
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007.
2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. Again I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- from my account.
3. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk on 10.11.2010 and 15.12.2010 in this regard but no information received so far.
4. Further I wrote to PGO, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad on 29.12.2010 but their action is still awaited.
5. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease. In April 2010, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my elder son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089. I have no other source of income except the pension and now I am facing the financial hardship.
6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorites to release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) . It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

It has been a trauma for pensioners not getting arrears of pension after VI pay commision revision.
Whether these complaints being posted here are forwarded to senior officers of State Bank & do we receive any response?
