[Resolved] Northern Railway — Parcel Not delivered very bad response from Employees,No Help at All | |||
HI, I have booked one Parcel i.e BAJAJ PULSAR UP-16/1196 from BAREILLY to BANGALORE CITY via DLI DATED:25/01/11 Parcel no: P H 643492 It takes maximum 5-7 days to reach here but still hasn't arrived. I went to parcel delivery office on Bangalore city Station and inquired , as usual got negative response "We can't help". Same happened with my friends when I asked them to inquire at Bareilly and Delhi. I am writing this to get help from your side. Please do the needful and take action soon. My name is Satpal Kaur and I live in Village Chhina Railway, P/O Naushera Majja Singh, District Gurdaspur, State Punjab. I want to give information against your railway employee namely, Mr. Satnam Singh (Kanta Man). When I go to my field then he passes the wrong comments and improper action results from his side thereby following me. I am very upset and I made a complaint to the Station Master, but the result remained the same. It is therefore requested to yours Railway department for proper action to be taken in this regard.
