[Resolved] Northern Railway — Parcel Booked - Splendor Motor cycle not reached on required destination (Balharshah Junction - Maharashtra) | |
Dear Sir, We have booked one Hero Honda Splendor motor cycle having Registration no. MH 31 AW 8445 from Dehradun (DDN) to BALHARSHAH (BPQ) vide parcel receipt no. 879559 Dated 12/02/2010 having train No. 2688 (Dehradun - chennai Exp.) to be reached on Balharshah (BPQ) on 16/02/2010. But, it was very surprising & disgusting that when my brother went there with original slip at Balharshah junction the Parcel department told him that your parcel goes to chennai, because at junction they have not unloaded the parcel. But, we still as on date don't know where the Parcel is (Hero honda Splendor motor cycle) and the parcel department employees are telling that the parcel will be return back but when don't know. Sir, Request you to kindly look in to the matter so that our parcel can reached at the Balharshah (BPQ) junction as early as possible. One thing i want to mention is that, this is my first time i have preffered railway parcel booking and experiencing the same. i have booked one Hero Honda Karizma motor cycle having Registration no.Gj6dm 3682 from vadodara(brc) to faridabad (FDB) vide parcel receipt no. 819953 Dated 107/03/2010 having train No. 9603 (FEROZPUR JANTA EXPRESS.) to be reached on FARIDABAD) on 09/03/2010.
But, it was very surprising & disgusting that when I went there with original slip at FARIDABAD junction the Parcel department told him that your parcel goes to DELHI, because at junction they have not unloaded the parcel. But it has n't reached there as well . So i am clueless about my bike and it's condition
The parcel department employees are telling that the parcel will be return back but when don't know.
Sir, Request you to kindly look in to the matter so that our parcel can reached at the FARIDABAD junction as early as possible.
One thing i want to mention is that, this is my first time i have preffered railway parcel booking and experiencing the same.
This is the matter of trust on railway department so please conclude the same as early as possible.
