Compensation for DELAY IN DELIVERY OF speed post package no. ED[protected]IN , SENT ON 20.11.2009 BUT RECEIVED ON 12.1.2010 Dear Sir, I had sent a package to UK by speed Post . The package no. ED[protected]IN was sent on 20.11.09 from New Delhi,India and was received on 12.1.2010 in UK .Very delayed. Delivery was made after numerous e-mails to spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in .For compensation of delay in delivery I was told to ." -Please contact Manager Speed post Centre Mkt Road N Delhi " which I did ,where I was told I would be advised by post or e-mail. Then I was advised by e-mail a few days later by Delhi Post Office that the delay was due hold up in UK customs. But according to UK Post Office [protected]@parcelforce.co.uk. “our records do not indicate this, or that the parcel was processed by Customs.”The sender may be able to submit a claim for this by contacting the original sending company. On e-mailing Delhi Post Office regarding this I have received no concrete reply regarding this. Accordingly PLEASE I would appreciate your help in getting me the compensation of speed post charges for delay.as – “Compensation to be paid in respect of International EMS articles Ø > > Compensation to be paid in respect of International EMS articles booked in Post Offices in India in case of loss / total theft / total damage are as under :- Ø > > For delay – Speed Post Charges Was this information helpful? | |

My father applied for his Passport in India at Patna Passport Office long time back in Jan 2010, when he went to passport office in patna to enquire, he was told that the passport is despatched on August 02, 2010 from the Passport Office and he gave him Postal Dispatch Reg. No. E11928. It is now almost three weeks but he hasn't received his passport untill now. He went to area post office to check if the Post Master is keeping the passport with him but he couldn't figure it out. Kindly, help us with the possible offices where we can track the Dispatch item.

This is my second letter.why you didnt give me any proper information about my parcel?I need the exact tacking details of my parcels.This is the details of my parcels.EE[protected]GB and EE[protected]GB and when I search these numbers in the Indian speedpost site they are telling it is not the exact numbers.Any way I need my parcels accurate status.
Sir, this fault done my INDIAN POST OFFICE AND NOW THEY WANT GIVE ME COMPENSATION @ Rs.25=00, just making me fool.

3. In the connection of compensation I just want a substitute opportunity of Job under Pay Band-2/3 in your department without any application form as I had applied for the same. Otherwise please fwd a copy compensation rule for my pre-satisfaction.
4. An early action is requested please.

2. In this connection it is intimated that the compensation amount Rs.25=00 (Rupees twenty five only) can be accepted, when we are not lodged the complaint. Compensation Amount is increasing step by step after each correspondence. Because according to my preparation any type of expense/loss/waste (Money, Labour, opportunity and time), incurred towards the proceeding of complain will be included in the compensation. As per my estimate the present expenditure/loss/waste is Rs.2500=00, an opportunity of Job under Pay Band-II/III without any application form and apology letter from responsible office/personnel of your department please. Necessary bill may be submitted if required please.
3. Hence you are kindly suggested for early reimbursement of the above compensation. A Copy of compensation rule of your Department is still awaited please.

Indian Postal service — Holding the mails and speedpost for money
Sir,With due respect I Saquib Arshad beg to state that i am a resident of Vill Laxmipur, P/O Nautan, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar is unable to recieve any mails, speed post, registry from the post office located at Nautan. The reason is that the postman never delivers any letter and more on he hides the important documents for the greed of money. Recently he held my passport for two weeks, but gave when he was warned for a complaint against him. But the situaution is same as a week back he again held my brothers passport and my mothers cheque book. The cause is playing with the sentiments with all the villagers.
Kindly acknowledge the same and take necessory action against him. For this i shall be always greatful to you.
