[Resolved] Npcl — excess electricity bill | |
i am a student, studying in iec college greater noida. the bill of jan and feb, that we have received is around 3000Rs, which is too much.we have a connection of 8kw and we hardly use anything.we have two tubelights and three fans and a computer which are hardly operated for 10 hrs. it is becomming difficult for us to pay the bill and if we ask for the details of the units of electricity we have consumed every month, it is not being provided by the npcl. plz look into the matter as soon as possible. my address block 4/8, tata steel officers enclave, beta 2, greater noida. consumer no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

my consumer no is[protected] and my reading meter is burn so i request to u please change the meter
i fully agree with the irregularity in billing of NPCL, Greater Noida. In the month of may 2010 the total amount of energy consumption for my house was 308 units and if we include the fixed charge for my connection is 455 + Rs 27 duty charge
the total should be around Rs1583/- but the bill which i have received is for RS 5783. Now in order to get it solved i have to make multiple visits to the NPCL office.
why such type of irregularities arise and why the consumers are harrashed. NPCL has created a very bad reputation in this regard.

WE HV GARMENT MANUFACTURING UNIT G.K.FASHIONS, WE STARTED 4 MONTHS BEFORE, AND WE USED TO RECV BILL OF APP 25000/ PER MONTH.BUT FOR SEP WE RECD 84000/.WHICH IS WRONG.OUR KVAH UNIT TILL 1ST OCT IS 14560 X 1.5 MF=21840 X 5/UNIT=109200.AND WE HAVE PAID 33000+27000+25000=85000 FOR THE 3 MONTHS, BALANCE SHOULD BE 24200.

We are living in a rental completion and use only fan tv small refrigerator and ac only 9 pm to 12 pm at night and bill of two month rs 8000 that are so big amount of electricity bill.
