I am Sivaprakash working in Milton Roy India Pvt ltd, Chennai – 97 as an Assistant manager – Operations, I has applied pan card for past 5 months before but until now I haven’t received pan card. I have received the Acknowledge no-[protected]. My before address was No.74, kailash sector, kaladipettai, Chennai – 19 and my current address is No.11/3 Green Avenue, T.H.Road, Thangal (Opp. CSI church) Thiruvottiyur, Chennai – 19. I have applied for PAN card as on June 2009.My Ack.no.is [protected]
My PAN Card was issued but I haven't received it.I have check in your site "pan status" then know the pan card has been returnded to nsdl on 22 July 2009 and the reason is "consignee not available" But it is not true because the Courier services is not available in this place.So I am request to you please dispatched my pan card BY POST .

Please kindly take note of my complaint.
Looking forward to get my PAN Card soon.

Pancard — CORRECTION IN PAN DATA FOR PAN NOT YET ALLOTED

Dear Sir,

On 30th January, 09, I applied for name spelling correction changes through Alankit Assignments Ltd. at Chennai in our T.Nagar I O B complex vide Acknowledgment No.[protected] dt.30/01/2009.
Application No.364382

When I Checked the status after 20 days, it was stated as ...

Proof of addess for communiction not provided /valid
Proof of father's name not provided/ not vallid
proof of identity not profided / vlid.

* When I submitted my application I enclosed my Valid Passport copy with application as Proof of my ID, Proof of Address and Proof of fatjer's name along with my old Pan Card Exhisting No.AAKPK5176H
and all these are clearly mention in the acknowledgment receipt.

Till now, I have not received the corrected Pan Card and request you to send the corrected Pan Card
at your earliest.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for PAN CARD about 8 month back but it was undelievered due to the reason Address change prior to this i had sent one more mail to the same dept but still i did't get revert from your end.

Even after so much efforts I am yet to know the right procedure to bring back my PAN CARD.

i did'nt receive my pan NO till today though i have applied on 31/07/09 vide ackdno [protected]the message displayed Your PAN application is under process with Income Tax Department please intimate me my PAN no.
