[Resolved]  NSDL — Pan card not received

I AM KAMESWARI MUTNURI APPLIED FOR PAN CARD , but i have not recevied my pan card

I appied for PAN card and it was approved.. I gave proper communication Address also..

But I didnt get the PAN Card. Now The Status is : "Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is wrong address. The same has been re-dispatched by post on 05-Oct-2009 at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application."

NSDL — guardian

I have a demat account jointly with my wife and I have nominited our minor child. My dp says, holders (parents) cannot act as a guardian and instructed us to appiont to third party duly fill up a from.

According to Guardianship Act, the guardian should be the parents and then POA appionted guardian and or Will appionted guardian etc. This is the Rule. If I appionted some third party, is it safe for us and our child?

How can my DP instruct us to change the guardian? Is there any Bye-Laws, Rules or circular issued by NSDL? Whether NSDL are aware of the Rules?

kindly explain in details.
