[Resolved]  NSDL — pan card returned undelivered

i have my pan card number.but i did not received pan card returned un delivered
pan card no.ABFFM1298N.
so what can i do ineed pan card back.

Herewith I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Soumili Daspoddar, Kolkata, which was dispatched to our correspondence address in August, 2016. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as my home was closed when the local Post Man reached our office. Later, after couple of weeks we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address. We have repeatedly but no response. My parents stay outside the country and my Kolkata flat is locked. I am studying in MNIT, Jaipur and appreciate if it can be send to my Hostel address.
Therefore, we requesting your resend our PAN Card to our address mentioned below as well we mentioned our details below. I am available at my registered address from 12th May, 2017 onwards.
